Honestly the whole thing just worked.... no confusion, no chasing, everything lined up exactly how they said it would and that’s rare.

Honestly the most nicest and helpful team from admin to ground workers!

They provide extra boxes and tape and I literally did not need to move a finger so much so I was told to sit down and relax ! Well until the sofa got packed away 🤣🤣!

I have nothing but 10/10 recommendations for them and have told everyone I know that is moving soon to use them!

The team gave a way of putting you and making you feel at ease in such a stressful time - as everyone knows moving house can be stressful to say the least!

If you’re thinking about booking them don’t think just call and arrange a date and get your coffee ready as you won’t need to think of a thing after that!

The packing service the day before was good, but on the day I was charged half an hour’s more waiting time (£70) than actually occurred. The worst thing was that the bed was not securely reassembled, which I had to get fixed urgently on the bank holiday when their office was closed as the bed was unusable. They refused to give me any compensation for a dangerous situation they had caused
