Ordered new oil dyspenser from this company, it was showing available but I waited a week for the delivery. The product arrived damaged. No responce to my emails and calls. Avoid this company. I will porsute with the return.

Really happy with the product and the purchase experience. Was kept informed and given the option of an alternative or refund when it looked like delivery would be delayed but as it turned out it arrived much sooner than expected. Would definitely buy from them again.

I left a very negative review before I received the goods, as I was not getting any conms from supplier. Thankfully all now sorted and have a very good engineered product at a good price, so thanks to supplier for resolving

I did not receive the product as it has been sent back to Toolstoday by the carrier. I was informed by email that this was the case and I would receive a refund on my credit card but this not happened nearly two weeks later.

Really poor experience. Received a faulty petrol lawnmower. Phoned up to discuss, and given instructions on how to fix myself, said they would send me instructions, they never did.

I then phoned to get the lawnmower picked up, they said they would arrange it and I’ve never heard from them again.

Wouldn’t recommend this company due to the poor customer service.

Have sent them multiple online forms and they haven’t replied once.

They have not arranged for the lawnmower to be picked up - this is a false claim. They are telling me how to repair myself, or to take it to the service centre. They are ignoring my statutory rights.

Returned the lawnmower, they’ve had it for over 2 weeks and still not refunded me. In fact they have stopped replying to emails.
