Extremely disappointing experience with both the product and, more importantly, the customer service.
I purchased three items from this company, spending over £1,000 in total. Unfortunately, one of the items arrived with a crucial clip missing. This is not just a minor component — the clip is essential to securely hold the engine crane together, meaning the crane cannot be safely used without it.
I contacted the company regarding the missing part and was assured at the beginning of July that a replacement would be sent out. We are now approaching the end of August, and despite waiting patiently, I have still received neither the replacement part nor any further communication from the company.
I find this level of customer service extremely disappointing. When a safety-critical component is missing from a product, I would expect the issue to be dealt with promptly and professionally. Instead, I have been left chasing the matter with no update or resolution.
Spending over £1,000 with a company should come with a reasonable level of after-sales support, but unfortunately that has not been my experience here. The lack of communication and follow-up has completely undermined my confidence in the company.
Based on this experience, I would not purchase from them again and would be very reluctant to recommend them to others.

Easy online order,received in good time,unfortunately after a short time I had a issue with my fiskar tool, contacted them explained issue and problem completely resolved in a couple of days will definitely use this company again and would olso recommend them.
