Impossible to email unless you pick one of a pre listed reasons. not at all helpful when it’s about something not listed. I tried a number of different routes to contact. It just received an auto response saying the email was not in use or not monitored-rubbish customer service

Items missing from box, when I raised the issue with Toolden they were evasive and implied that what I told them didn’t happen.
Took nearly two weeks for supplier delivery to be completed. Definitely wouldn’t use them again.

Easy and great service as usual

Item arrived damaged. No clear instruction on how to proceed. Now apparently i have to organise return courier and hope to get a replacement or refund. no one to speak to. Lost in the modern remote shopping abyss. Rubbish customer service.

Damaged cordless impact wrench... Poor packaging charger 2 batteries and impact wrench all bouncing around in a flimsy cardboard box. Very poor unfortunately...

Saw arrived but a bolt was missing for the plunge depth adjustment tried to report it but the menu options are very limited so sent a message through one of the titles and had no response good if things are right first time but no so if not in my experience

Very disappointed with my experience with Toolden.

I needed to return an item, but their returns portal would not allow me to process the return. Because of this, I had no choice but to arrange my own courier and pay a significant amount out of my own pocket to send the item back.

After they received the return, I was then disappointed to find that I had not been refunded the full amount I originally paid, including the original delivery charge.

I don’t think it’s fair for a customer to be left out of pocket when they have already had to pay expensive return postage because the company’s own returns process wouldn’t accept the return.

The whole experience has been frustrating and unnecessarily costly. I expected much better customer service and a straightforward return and refund process.

Based on my experience, I would think twice before ordering from Toolden again.

A great machine at a great price and delivered exactly when it stated; could not have been better. These guys know their business and I will definitely be using them again for our requirements.

Very poor would not recommend at all. We brought a wheelbarrow (first time using Toolden) this arrived without handles. This was needed urgently for a construction job I contacted Tooled on the day of delivery to ask for the handles to be sent, there was no response, there was no telephone number on line.

I contacted again, to highlight the importance of time, a week passed no response to this day. Would NOT recommend.
