Cracked tile.
We needed to replace a cracked tile in the shower room, so looked at your site. The tile arrived really quickly, was very well packed, and was a perfect fit.

We ordered two lots of sample tiles…
We ordered two lots of sample tiles with free delivery - both arriving the next day - and it took two weeks for a well known brand to send the first lot! Really impressed! Lovely tiles too.

Poor packaging
I purchased two sample tiles, poorly packaged with one layer of bubble wrap, both were broken on arrival.
