Anything to do with flutter stay well clear your get that reply no win is guaranteed so in other words you could spend £10,000 for no return lol My advise and it’s only my advise save your money and have a few nice holidays a year

Great betting app very enjoyable and easy to use too genuinely pleased with the site so far thanks

Same as all the other real 1 star reviews for this site - all mostly left since tombola was first taken over and then the introduction of the jackpot games. Now we have a crap prize league introduced. Which you have to keep pressing the button to get it to go away!

The site has had its day - it is no longer what it once was. It is all for the high stakes and big wins. The small stakes no longer pay well. Used to play on 50ps and think it was a fair stake to play on now the 50p and below just funds everyone else's wins that are staking more. Because you win 10ps or nothing same with the bonus rounds the payouts are that low and they take that long to get that they are worthless. Find yourself looking at your balance more when playing because it never seems to go up only down due to the lack of wins across this whole site.

Safeplay?? Tombola used to be big about safeplay. Now you can deposit your winnings back in again lol how stupid ( I do not need to worry about this as never win)

Oh and the chat - Lets keep things positive so it does not put off other players! A lot of the players are writing in chat the same things the spins and wins are poor!
If you dont want people to write in chat perhaps make the chat boxes smaller so they are not half the size of the gameplay section! Or perhaps make your games more fair not everything is about big wins but you have certainly changed your site to be that way.

Free games - load of crap! Superspins only get a win if you play it 7 days in a row and its free spins that then win nothing anyway.

Deal or no deal - same changed to free spins and thats if you even make it past the first section of it.

Free play? What a load of S... that is fill up a board that just gives you the same numbers or no numbers lol

Tombola is all about taking your money and not giving anything back. Simple.

The 1 star reviews speak for themselves. The 5 star reviews are either newbies & big winners or fake.

When will trust pilot allow for screen shots or screen records of gameplay then everyone can see how bad it really is cannot wait for that day!

Set fire to your money the heat from it would last longer - tombolas a charity -you donate!

Most rubbish scam y game I ever played free games never win and lucky if you gat 5 p on the spins. Bingo also scam same names always wins. Stay far from tombola should be shut down.

I used to enjoy this app but I must admit it just doesn’t pay out and to get a jackpot or large win is like finding a golden goose. Definitely worth looking around first.

Really poor communicators, take your money then lock you out and demand to see a bank statement before they'll give it back, new customers beware.

Some nice games on here, love it!also it's nice to chat sometimes, I will continue playing (and hopefully winning) thank you.

Really enjoyable service

Best I've used.

The arcade games I play are great, but the bonus rounds are dire not paying out much as they use too. Rare that you get a bonus round paying out a fiver or more
Also feel too many games and cant find some games

I have been playing tombola arcade for about 2 years was good and enjoyable at the start won TP last January haven’t really had much back since for 2 months it’s just constant empty spins and when you say something on the chat regarding how you feel players are so rude and so is the hosts the site should be shut down

Always enjoy playing arcade, even better when you get a nice win

This company has changed all the games and rtp! bonuses used to be plentiful and were decent you’re now lucky if you get £1 return! The same winners come up all the time and if you complain they close your account! Do Not sign up to tombola it’s a sham company you get a better chance of winning on the actual betting sites this site is literally greedy and monitors and shuts down players that complain or ask to many questions add to that the emails and phone calls asking about your finances etc it’s verging on harassment. Avoid at all costs

the sites nice and fast and the games are alright, I usually always get a good game for my money,

Good app

I have been a loyal Tombola member since 2009, but the friendly, family feel this site once had has completely gone. Lately, dealing with customer support fills me with anxiety and stress due to their indifference. My latest issue happened today, Monday 7th September, regarding an Arcade promotion (stake £10 on Vegas Nights for 15 free spins). Despite meeting all requirements, the spins were never credited. When I called customer support earlier, I was assured it was a known issue and they would be in my account by 8:30 am.It is now past midday, and the spins are still missing. When I called back, I was put on hold only to be told it has "nothing to do with customer support" because promotions are handled by a separate department. I was also told the morning agent shouldn't have given me that timeframe, and because the call happened "out of office hours," there was nobody they could contact anyway. As a customer, customer support is my only point of contact. In the past, my emails have been completely ignored, forcing me to call anyway just to get a generic reply. It is not my job to act as an administrator or secretary to chase up internal departments—that is the job of the support agent.Once again, I have been fobbed off, given false information, and made to feel like a nuisance when I have done nothing wrong. I am deeply disappointed by how far this site has fallen.

Excellent love playing free bingo and the daily spins for free

Decent wins most of the time quick pay outs

Love tombola,a good variety of fun games. great bonuses, lovely chat hosts and very fast withdrawals, mine have been instant recently, whats not to like!

It was good and fair about 3 years ago only and just worst only i dont think people winning something anymore because im always loosing massive when i play and always its not about only here all the casinos same lost and lost only they all banch of scams now

I’m absolutely shocked at how bad this site has become I have played 50p spins and £1 spins the last few times I’ve been on here very difficult to get a bonus round and when you eventually do the payouts are terrible lucky to get over £6 on a £1 spin it’s so greedy I used to enjoy this site as the returns were decent but I have found that there’s many better sites with better R.T.Ps also the daily free games have become a joke can’t remember the last time I won anything on that pathetic deal or no deal game so fixed PLEASE AVOID THESE GUYS save your money 🤣😂
