Had solar panels put on the roof in April they are still not switched on itv had 8months of problems with my electric tripping for no reason at all I asked to speak to a manager he phoned me guy called Mike spoke to me like trash like I told him and he didn’t like it this is your problem you need to fix it properly there’s a big problem joking dots up in together housing one department doesn’t have a clue how to communicate with another department customer service where you phone to report your repairs is not fit for purpose

Definitely in need of less than 1 star. We have lived in a shared ownership property for 2 years now and are still waiting for the defects to be resolved. We have nearly every window scratched, external doors that don't open and close, lose steps, flooding from any rain as the site runs in to our garden with no soak away, the list is endless. Not a single care is given by together housing. We have spoken to some lovely people and some dam rude ones, all equally useless. Were still waiting on the gas service to be completed from our first year to top it off! It would be wrong of me knowing what we have had to deal with it to not make it public in the hope others don't fall foul of them. We have a Together Housing WhatsApp group on the site which is funny when we talk about new horror stories daily, how its bought us together is the only plus side to the level of incompetence they produce.

Nothing ever simple from from this disgusting company . Not one part of this company works . Repairs left months too cause more damage rather than getting initial job . You would have too go along way too find a worse company than together housing

The staff from Together Housing all need training with their empathy and customer service skills.

They tell you misleading information and then lie about it. Made a complaint, well I thought it was. For the manager to say “he has not put it down as a complaint” when I clearly complained.

These have caused me significant severe distress, and do not seem bothered.

I was in bidding position one for a property and was deliberately pushed back to number two. I emailed about this, sent screenshots and it was being investigated. The manager said in an email “whoever is in bidding position 1, nobody goes above them.” However, they offered the property to someone else.

I was told by a member of staff “you seem to be ringing up a lot.” Obviously, when I am being told different things and messed about.

Always seem to be treated badly every time I call.

Charge for missing equipment. As a leaseholder I and others pay a service charge. On that bill there is a charge for fire fighting equipment. Noticing that no such equipment is visible on the estate, I once challenged it only to be told by the estate officer it referred to the fire alarms in the properties. These were put in place in 1998/2000 . If they are maintained and that is the charge they always miss my property and other leaseholders out. 23/24 Years is a long time to be paying for the installation of fire alarms. How can they justify the charge? By ignoring any challenge to them . Then refusing to answer any further communications.
Together Housing is an autocratic organisation .

Called them several times over a period of 2 weeks, was on hold for 40 minutes everytime. I was promised a call back and heard nothing at all, shocking customer service. They clearly don't want to sell properties. I strongly advise anyone not to waste their time calling this company unless you want to be messed about.

I am currently going through the process of selling my house and have had nothing but queries from the buyers Solicitors and needed to liaise with Together Housing Lancashire a lot in order to complete the sale. Everyone I dealt with was exceptionally helpful, polite and professional.
My account manage who has been dealing with my case has gone way above and beyond to assist me with the queries I have been faced with. If it wasn't for Rachael I honestly do not think that the relevant information would have come over to me in the time frame required.
Rachael has not only been professional, but has fully empathize with my situation, shown genuine care and concern and due to her wealth of knowledge has gone more than the extra mile to obtain such information from all parties.
I can say it's been a pleasure dealing with Together Housing as I have had nightmares with other organisation's I've had to contact regarding the sale.

Bought a house off these fools and when we bought the property they were in full knowledge that their tenant was being abusive towards us and nearly ran my husband over when he parked his vehicle on our property. We eventually had a face to face meeting with two managers after a months of battling this company through solicitors, and they are still not telling their tenant to move his vehicle and are attempting to steal part of our land. They do not provide updates and purposefully ignore emails and calls in attempt to avoid the situation. I feel for other honest tenants and buyers of Together housing as they are scum bags.

Together housing are very dishonest and not at all supportive, they gave a house I was entitled to, to someone else and are denying it and trying to hide all evidence. I am still homeless a year down the line, shut the business down.

Do not house with these guys.
Shocking how they won't house me as a pensioner.
Send me over to key choice to bid on new homes who I am allso registered with for an house due to age and disabilities try to bid on there and it won't let me bid and these houses do be long to together housing who should have their own powers to let out if there theirs. I am eligible on their website, This does not make sense what so ever. It is absolutely disgusting how they can treat me or anybody in this way. They will not answer all questions when complaining. I will probably be dead by the time I am offered one. What an absolutely silly set up. Why point me in that direction of key choice when it's not true. Very disappointed with them. It's a real let down of what they have done me.
They have not even got the audacity to let me know that I am not eligible for an house with key choice I am registered for an house with key choice, but I don't know why they don't let me know that I won't get one.
Disgusting service especially when ill as it is.

Ive had a lot of problems with my neighbours over the drive. I was told when i signed my tenancy contract that it was a shared drive. However my neighbours then told me it was theirs and i had to ask them before anyone could use the drive.My mum was only allowed to park on it on a Wednesday. Cut the story short they have made my life hell. Then after an incident i was told by Together Housing that it was my drive.The police have been involved as well. Then together housing said it was a shared knowing full well that i cannot drive. They have involved every neighbours in their hate campaign against me. I feel totally let down, by toghter housing, as they know all about whats been going on and still is but they have lied to me about the drive. Im a single mum with disabilities yet these neighbours dont care, he's said he will not stop till ive moved out. Totally disgusted with toghter housing, im their tenant but obviously they dont care they would rather do whats best for this neighbour, they have audio on their back camera, and he told me in a rant that they have been listening to my conversations when im in my back garden. Plus so much more.

Building houses near us builders arriving before 7.30 in a morning, noisy, cause our houses to shake by dropping heavy machinery at side of our houses. Lorries bringing off mud and sludge everyday and roadsweeper just making it worse and making resident's life a misery.

Not worth the one star, can't leave less. Extra care flat has had a 2 gallon a day water leak from central heating for over a week. service - none. Attitude - moronic
