To clarify, as an authorised Maxton Design distributor, we follow standard procedures when handling product concerns. Upon receiving your report about the Maxton Spoiler Extension, we promptly engaged with Maxton to investigate a resolution. Like any manufacturer, Maxton has their own processes for assessing and approving replacements or refunds, which we relayed to you.
Unfortunately, rather than allowing us to resolve the matter through the correct channels, you chose to escalate the case to PayPal. While PayPal ruled in your favour, the claim was for all three items purchased, not just the one in question. This resulted in a full refund for products that had no reported issues and that were not returned to us, which we believe was unfair. Despite this, we are still working to resolve the matter professionally.
We regret that you feel our service did not meet your expectations, but we want to assure our customers that we are always willing to help and follow the correct procedures to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.
