I have asked for a refund the same day I purchased the product. According to the T&C this is possible within 14 days.
They quickly told me that this was processed and could not be refunded - within minutes.
It took FOREVER to arrive and it was poor quality.
SCAM - Stay clear

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- bad quality & incorrect number of order sent. They answer emails in the middle of the night & are definitely not a UK based company. They try to offer a percentage refund which is not fulfilled. AVOID!

I finally received my package after a longer than expected delivery, customer service address u/s. I was disappointed with the quality of the caterpillar and the fact that the box description and instructions were all in Chinese. Despite being aesthetically as expected the hard brittle plastic , flashing light and extremely annoying music were not. This is not suitable for toddlers.
The smaller revolving flashing spinner toy also failed to impress; there was no instructions at all, the toy spun on the second wind and promptly blew out one of the plastic light covers and on subsequent winding sprained the mechanism and no longer operates. Totally unsuitable for a small child.

Concerned and furthermore your email support address is not working - all mail rendered undeliverable. You should also make clear where your toys originate - the only educational value I see is the fact that they would present a challenge to any child to operate.

Item arrived late and not good quality. Unfortunately I hadn't read reviews!!! All my emails returned as 'address dosen't exist - email sub system returned' I thought I had been scammed when all my emails were returned and the tracking number/link they sent did not exist !!

After I paid £53-worth of Christmas presents on TinyWonders in November last year, I read the reviews online and my heart sank. They all seemed to say it was a scam. I tried to get mymoney back by cancelling my order but got an email reply to say it had already been shipped. HOWEVER, the toys arrived before Christmas and they were brilliant! Very good price and the kids loved them. I got the engineering construction set and the bath toys that glow/ flash. Have kept meaning to write an alternative review to the others online, so here it is.

This is not a uk company. Parcel arrived torn poor quality item. Took 4 weeks to arrive. Too late for Christmas. Trying to get a label to return and the address. They won’t send a returns label. They advertise a uk address and the goods came from China. Really fed up and angry

I ordered, worried when I realised it wasn’t a UK company, then got a scam post when I tried to track the parcel on my iPhone. More worry.

It arrived today so not in time for Christmas, but there had been no promise that it would. The product looks great for what I paid for it. Thank you Tiny Wonders but I’m not likely to use you again ad I try to avoid ordering direct from the Far East.

Wish I had read the reviews prior to parting with my money. I was conned into thinking my item was from the UK as they advertise tinywonders.uk. Ordered on 7th December so plenty of time for delivery before Christmas. Followed tracking and discovered its coming from abroad. Showed at outgoing airport for nearly a week. I have now received an email stating it is delayed and would be 5-7 business days. Too late for Christmas. They then offered 10% off next purchase as a sorry. Ha, fat chance they're getting more money off me! I have sent several emails asking for a refund and I've finally received a reply of 'good news your item is on its way'. They have totally ignored my complaints. Still not received the item and have had to order from another source. The replacement one has already been delivered! Terrible company, avoid at all costs!!!

Complete tat for the price. The car sets are way smaller than the adverts show and are underwhelming. One of them doesn't even have a space for the back wheels. A bath toy does not include some of the items shown on the site picture and both toys could have been bought for a third of the price at a local store. These two sellers operate via Shopify at an address in Germany. The items come straight from China. Yun Express - though it took three weeks - did deliver the goods and so pushed the star rating to three. The UK 'connection' is a mirage. They also operate a couple of other sites with almost the same verbage for a pet store and an Australian version for kids. Look after your hard earned cash and ignore the gush on the site. I unsubscribed months ago and they continue to send mails.

Terrible quality products that arrived damaged with no way to return the items. The customer service is ridiculously late to reply and still no effort to arrange a return in response to my email sent months ago.

I paid and receive the Peek-A-Boo teddy but need to return and get a refund as it is of very bad manufacturing quality. However nobody replies to my messages at their support email in the U.K. and there is no address anywhere to return the item. IS THIS A SCAM OR VERY BAD SERVICE???

Took long time to arrive, had to get PayPal involved.
Not great quality will need to get sander out to make it fit together better (it's Xmas present). Definitely not UK company,my payment went to Germany and goods arrived very slowly from China.
