Ian helped me transfer hours of childhood memories from cinefilm to digital so I could spend time with my elderly father watching them and reliving our holidays and key moments growing up. I had a vast number of super 8 cine films and old VHS/camcorder tapes covering a very important and memorable part of my life with my late wife and our 2 sons from 1974 to around 2000.
3,172 feet of cine film ( over 1,000 yards = six-tenths of a mile ) and 61 tapes. WOW !!
Due to Ian’s incredible technical skills they have now been preserved for all my family and for some of my close friends.
I made 2 brilliant decisions. On a very strong recommendation to ask Ian and Timeless Moments to do all the work, including their Rolls Royce treatment of full HD and frame rate increase to hide my poor photographic and IT skills.

Ian transferred two Nativity plays and a senior school play from video to USB. The originals were made in the 1980s so the quality wasn't good to start with but Ian has transformed them. My children don't know I've done this, so it will be a big surprise at Christmas. PS Ian's service is excellent value.

Just when i had given up on ever being able to digitise Kodak "Disc" negatives (15 per disc) i had the fortune to stumble across Timeless Moments whilst searching for a transfer service. Ian put a lot of effort into designing a system to scan these tiny (10mm x 10mm) negatives into a digital format. The results were remarkable and well worth the very reasonable costs involved. I had cine films,VHS tapes and audio cassettes from the 60s,70s and 80s converted and put onto a USB stick and I am delighted with the result.
I was particularly impressed with the side-by-side comparison with the Proteus upgrade before agreeing to the extra cost. It is well worth the money.
Thank you Ian for enabling us to easily share the memories with family and friends and to prove to our grandchildren that we were not
always so old and crotchety.

I can not thank Ian enough for transferring my homemade videos onto a usb stick. I was told previously by someone else that due to the condition of the videos there wouldn't be worth doing, but then I spoke to Ian who was more than happy to have a look at them who saved so much of my family memories. Expertly transferred 80 year old cine film to digital media. This included adding leader to a small length of cine film. Their service is excellent. I've used them twice and would do so again.

I've used Timeless Moments twice and have been very happy with the results both times. The charging structure is very fair and the quality of the digitised footage is good.

Excellent service. I was worried about sending the family cine films by post so took them to Ian in Ilkeston. He did say that there he'd never had any problems with the postal service. I had several films digitised and put on to memory card and the quality was excellent.

Excellent service. I was concerned about sending my old cine films incase they got lost but as soon as Timeless Moments received them they assured me they were in safe hands. Had over 14 cine films remastered and put on to memory card - quality was excellent. Would highly recommend using.

I came across Timeless Moments and decided to give them a try as I found some old school concert videos of my late daughters and was initially going to send only a video to check them out. I called and spoke to Ian who explained the process and what he hoped he could achieve with our films after that conversation I sent all the vhs and the camcorder tapes and I am over the moon with the results. I have been able to see my son and daughter growing up together even though they can't grow old together.
Footage I did not even remember having are all the more priceless now. To see so many long lost loved ones brings back memories of a much happier time. Words can’t express how delighted we are with your work on our video. The quality is unbelievable and seems to us in many cases to be better than the original. As I have written before it has taken years for me to get round to sending it to you for your attention but, as it has turned out, that was undoubtedly a good move as the latest software you have used to correct so many defects in the originals, is truly magical. Our tapes went back over 35 years and we now have grandchildren older than our children were when our earliest video was taken. I can’t wait for them to see it.

Having inherited my grandfathers cine films which had not been stored in ideal conditions and after many internet searches I came across Timeless Moments and decided to give them a try and was initially going to send only one reel to check them out. I called and spoke to Ian who explained the process and what he hoped he could achieve with our films after that conversation I sent all the reels and I must say even though some were a bit worse for wear Ian has brought them all back to life, my aunt has been able to see her 1960's wedding which no one had seen for over 40 years. The films have been brought back to life and some are so life like and to see those long lost family members and friends again has been a wonderful experience for all our family.
