Josh L from Tile Giant provided outstanding customer service. I had seen a tile in store, which I wanted to purchase, but when I came to purchase online, the price was different. I called Tile Giant to sort out the problem and Josh was brilliant. He phoned the store, called me back, resolved the issue and helped me to ensure I was ordering the correct amount. He even arranged for the tiles to be delivered to coincide with work on the bathroom starting.
Throughout he was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. It's true that customer service really does make all the difference and based on this, I would definitely order from Tile Giant again.

Purchased our new bathroom floor and wall tiles in the South Shields store. Tracey and Michael were so helpful, showing us different options of tiles, and spent a long while with us looking at suitable options of colour for our grout. Both Tracey and Michael have a great eye for designs and utility. Very happy with our new bathroom and will definitely return to Tile Giant again, very positive experience. Thankyou both.

The staff at my local Tile Giant in cheltenham were absolutely 5 star. Very helpful and went out of their way to sort me out, even though they didn’t have what I wanted the nice gentleman went online and helped me find an alternative.
I won’t hesitate to go back if I ever need tiles.

The tiles I received were a fair quality for high street tiles, a few cracks here and there but it’s to be expected.
I unfortunately felt let down by customer service, I was quite pushed into buying excess tiles for my project (yes I know, I should have been firm at the time) and was left with 2 leftover boxes. Due to illness, I was a few days late in returning and was not able to. I could have really done with the £60. The store even offered to ‘dispose of them’ for me, which I declined. I had my eye on some more tiles for a splashback but will now buy these elsewhere as I feel for a few days credit could have atleast been offered considering my orders have been quite sizeable over the last month.

Ordered tiles at Chelmsford store Monday 05/05 with tiles scheduled to come Friday 09/05/25. Didn’t arrive, rescheduled to Tuesday 13/05. Again didn’t arrive. Had fitters in my house with no tiles!

Bought tiles from elsewhere and asked for a refund to be told I can’t get one until they arrive in store. Still not arrived a week and half after ordered. No tiles, no money back yet.
Delayed bathroom. Avoid this firm.

I placed an order with Tile Giant in early April and, over a month later, I’m still waiting for my tiles. Their customer service had given me multiple delivery dates — first the 10th of May, then the 13th, and now the 23rd — even though the store told me the tiles are already in the warehouse. I really don’t understand the hold-up.

The most frustrating part, I’ve had to chase every single update myself. No one kept me informed, and the lack of clear communication has caused unnecessary delays to our bathroom project - it’s been over six weeks.

I expected far better from a national company. If you value your time and peace of mind, I’d really suggest looking elsewhere.

I ordered samples on 03/05/25 and still haven’t received, no communication or update!! I had to chase customer services 08/05/25 and got a response on 09/05/25 saying there is a delay and will be with me from the 12/05/25. I’ve received an email on 12/05/25 saying you have now received your tiles, hope you like them etc….. yet no tiles have arrived!!! Very poor service, and customer update!! Tied in with a construction company and we’re looking for a good company to align all our tile requests with but Tile Giant have left a very negative experience and will look for another company to align to!!!

The staff at my local store at Westwood Cross,Broadstairs are always extremely helpful and welcoming. Their product knowledge is very useful and are happy to discuss upcoming jobs I have in order to suggest the best products available. Always help me collect and load the materials into my van . Matt and his team of Nathan,Neil and Lenny will always be recommended by me to my customers as they offer an exceptional service that puts other stores nearby to shame .

HARVEY from Crawley branch is the best sales manager I ever dealt with , he will always listen to your needs and make sure that you leave happy the shop. Well done Tile giant having such a nice and helpful guy !!!

I visited the Crewe Store in April and was warmly welcomed by Adam very helpful and knowledgeable team member, he offered advice and options of tiles in various styles lent me a few samples..I phoned the next week and he helped with getting my order sorted and delivered in good time, great customer service without pressure 👍🏻

Ordered >£3k worth of tiles 1st April, (Order # TG950808) received a call couple days later to say that the order was out of stock and that they'd contact me later with a date of when they'd be able to deliver.

No problem, but I explained I needed the entire order for a project so really needed a firm delivery date so I could plan - not an issue I was told, someone would call me back with a delivery date, or a refund that day. Nothing - had to chase them multiple times, both via phone and email, only to be told the same thing, that they'd be in touch once they'd spoken to the factory; unless communication with the factory is via carrier pigeon then I would've expected this to take 1-2 days MAX to get a definitive answer.

To my surprise, having specified I wanted all or nothing, 20% of the order that was in stock, turns up at site, utterly useless and contrary to my instruction.

Fast forward to 14th April, I had to chase multiple times via email and via phone to try to get a firm delivery date - nobody was able to give me a firm date nor whether they could actually fulfil the order or not.

I got to a point where I couldn’t just wait around and "hope" for a delivery date (was finally told the stock was being loaded, but still no ETA), and so I had no choice but to request a full refund on 14th April and found product with another supplier which arrived within 3 days.

Tile Giant told me they’d come and collect the goods they've delivered in error themselves - I was told on 15th April I’d be given a date “early next week” for this and then my refund would be processed after that - no thanks, I’ll have my refund immediately thank you. I clearly told Tile Giant that product can be collected from site any day, 08:30 - 16:30, excluding the Easter Break. 23rd April and guess what, I’ve had to chase Tile Giant for them to even schedule a date to come and collect, of course, no response either, unbelievable.

No response from their customer service with their collection date and I’m still waiting for them to come and collect and process the refund - I just want it gone from my site, my money back and to never deal with them again.

I went into Tile Giant in Brixton where I have been looking for tiles for my bathroom renovation. I was met by Terry who was very friendly, helpful and informative. Terry was able to answer every question I had, I felt listened to and with Terry’s advice on different tiles it helped me make an informed decision on my tile selection. Terry was absolutely fantastic, making this a positive experience. Terry js a credit to your company name and reputation

Recently visited the Long Benton Store and required a few items, Stephanie went out of her way to ensure we could find exactly what we needed to complete our project and really went that extra mile to find stock that wasn’t out in the shop floor. Excellent customer service!!

Time wasting store with 0 customer services.

Visited the Brixton store a couple of weekends ago as I haven’t been there for a while as I used to use them a few years ago. On entering I was greeted by a guy who I recognised from my previous visits. I had a look around and as I approached the counter area I overheard the guy behind the counter (turns out he’s the new manager) asking a customer to leave a positive review for him and he would give her a nice discount! I then watched him show her how to scan a code on the counter and he basically worded the review for her. I was quite shocked, as I have never left a review before for anything until I had received the goods, so why would this customer be leaving one before she had even placed an order? It’s like leaving a review when you sit down in a restaurant before you’ve even eaten anything! I waited outside and when the lady came out I asked her if she felt ok doing the review, and she said she felt quite intimidated at the counter, so much so that she didn’t even realise I was in the store. She said she was only buying samples too so hadn’t even decided if she was going to use Tile Giant yet. When I looked at the reviews a few days later, there were 5 left on that same day for the same store, so clearly this is a practice that is being used to gain false reviews. This is in fact illegal as it’s BRIBERY. If this is common practice across the company, perhaps your owner should know, as I’m sure he won’t be too impressed with his profit margins being thrown down the drain in order to get false reviews for individual members of staff. It left a sour taste in my mouth so I walked around the corner to Topps Tiles where I was offered a new trade account there and then, and I wasn’t bribed in any way to get it.

Great service from friendly staff couldnt do enough to help.Will be using again thats a certsin and carnt highly recommend enough.

Visited the Poole branch over the weekend and had fantastic customer service from both Mitchell & Dean. I have no knowledge on anything tile related and needed some help in choosing the right tiles for my kitchen.
Both were incredibly helpful and accommodating and truely went above and beyond to make sure I was completely happy with my service.
I can honestly say I will not buy tiles from anywhere else in the future and will recommend Tile Giant in Poole to anyone that is doing work in their home.

I went into the Maidstone branch looking for tiles and met the manager, Steve. I didn’t know what I really wanted for a house renovation and he stepped up and couldn’t have done more for me. Not only did help me chose the tiles, he gave me all the advice I could ask for with my project.
Not only that, but after work, came over and helped plan it with me and offered more advice and tips and saved me from costly mistakes.
In an age where customer service is severely lacking, Steve surpassed all my expectations! The guy definitely deserves a pay rise.
