they had the items I needed and got it to me quickly

The quality of the 3 compartment plates was a 1 out of a 5. I will not order from this vendor again. Lesson learned. I should have used my other vendor Webstaurant , but tiger chef was 30.00 cheaper. I now know why .

Order a thermometer on 6/23 and UPS delivered to wrong locker address. In July I contacted TChef for a replacement or refund. 7/17 still no refund, no replacement being sent and no communication from TChef about this. Guess I’m losing $125 to this company. Do not buy anything from these people since they are clearly a poor business

The product itself isn’t very good to be perfectly honest! Super light, cheap materials it seems! plus the inside black casing had a hole in it. Customer service was very helpful and waiting for my refund.
I bought a magnetic knive case year ago from WÜSTHOF really nice , heavy duty, the real thing, can not find it anywhere ( probably discontinued) but this magnetic knife case is totally not the same unfortunately!

Order was sent back for incomplete address???
No communication whatsoever. I had to reach out wondering why I had not received my order, and waited a week for a reply.
No tracking link either is offered.

We received the Winco KSP-4 Acero Four Stage Manual Knife Sharpener and love it! It has turned our old dull knives into sharp, like new knives! We would recommend this product for anyone needing to keep their knives sharp.

I used a unique email to purchase from this site a few years ago. Recently started getting phishing extortion sent to that email with my name phone number and address, threatening to come to my home unless I sent them bitcoin.
TigerChef's response below is false. I have used hundreds of different email addresses and this the only one that I have gotten phished at. They had a security breach or sold my info, and now they are lying about it.

My cutting board arrived quickly. I use it for cutting pizza. It is just the right size. I am very pleased with this item.

These are awesome. Great price and arrived quickly. I purchased these beautiful charger plates for our daughter's wedding. They added the perfect touch for creating an elegant table setting.

Ordered a product part for a carafe and talked to a representative who verified the items would fit. On receiving the items do, they not fit. Trying to return and was told I have to pay for shipping and also a 15 % restocking fee. Not worth the trouble, so beware when purchasing.

I received a wrong order and the issue has not been resolved

Having problems returning my order. Call three times to get the return information sent to my email for three weeks no information on my request to send back my order. Received information to buy more items in my email.

Better than expected. Will order again and again. These knives are shipped quickly and are great quality.

The charger plates were not what I thought they would be, so I wanted to return them. I called the number on the packing slip, but that wasn't their number. I was transferred to someone's voicemail where I left a message. Two days later, I called again and I spoke to a lady who made me feel I was bothering her. She gave me phone number to call and our conversation was over. I called and left a message, I have not heard back.
Not good.

Buyer Beware!!! The prices are too good to be true. I ordered multiple items from Tigerchef.com they never shipped it. On their website it just showed my order as pending. When I contacted Tigerchef.com them they gave me excuses as to why my order didn't ship. They told me they would look into why my order hadn't shipped and get back with me. After waiting another week I emailed them with no response. After 3 weeks I was finally able to speak with a customer service representative who said I canceled the order. They never refunded my money and now I am having to dispute this charge with my bank. I would advise you to steer clear of this company.

I was never notified of shipping status and had to inquire why it was taking so long -- upon asking, they finally reached out to the manufacturer and let me know of a delay.
Once my order arrived, alas, I only received one of two items I ordered, and it was defective.
I gave them 2/5 because I was granted a refund -- BUT this whole process and ordeal took well over 2 weeks for 2 simple items. Truly a disappointment.
