The advisors in store were incredibly helpful - they helped me find the best deal and contract for my parents phones. They went above and beyond, 10/10 friendly helpful staff! 2 phones sorted in less than 45 minutes!

Probably the best Customer/ Sales experience I’ve had.
Upon entering the store I was not too happy with my previous mobile phone provider.
From the start, the staff member was very reassuring, professional and friendly.
I came away with a deal I that suits all my needs. I was considering dumping mobile phones and going back to smoke signals and pidgins!
Anyone shopping around for a Home Wi-Fi and a Sim deal combined, Three have by far the best deal available.
Along with staff who engage with customers, one cannot ask for more. 10/10

Been back to the Widnes shop today with a phone issue, Sue sorted the problem within a couple of minutes. Decided to get a second home router as they are so good, even excellent on the road in a motorhome, Sue recommended it on my first visit. Pop in and see Sue or any of the team, a helpful, happy bunch.

Wonderful Simon At Widnes
Met Simon today at the Widnes store really great guy my husband was just wanting information on a sim only deal Simon listed and advised on different plans in an informative no pushy sales way. Helped my husband sort the change over and explained everything. I have an account with 3 so my husband benefits from that.
I had also had an ongoing issue with accessing my account ever since I took my plan out been to several stores to try get it sorted and no joy took Simon less than 5 mins to sort the problem.
Excellent would definitely recommend him and would go back.
