Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service!
I originally went into the Scunthorpe store to upgrade my airtime plan but once getting back home and having a think about it, I decided to go back and get a new phone. Keenan was brilliant with helping me decide which plan would be the best for me and having to deal with cancelling my old plan I’d just bought earlier in the day to start my new one with my phone!
Can’t thank them enough for their help!
