Find a '3' store not branded Vodafone
Went to Chapelfields Norwich today to go ti the '3' store to upgrade my phone. Store there was closed as now merged with Vodafone. After queuing in a Vodafine store for 30 mins to speak to someone about my '3' account i find that seen as my tariff is business they would have to put me on Vodafone as they were unable to upgrade me. ..not happy.
So found out that there is still an a '3' store at 23-24 Haymarket NR2 1QE. Went there and was served by the lovely Wayne who was very knowledgeable helpful and pleasant.
Came away with new phone great plan and still on '3'.... so if you are on '3' go to a store that has not been branded Vodafone.
