Great service

We came in to get a new SIM for our son's phone, and Sarah helped us. She was so nice and efficient. Five-star service!

I had trouble getting my upgrade sorted, Sarah in the 3 shop in lisburn was extremely helpful in sorting it and finding the best new deal for me

Daniel James and Emma were fantastic! I needed advice on internet services and also phone data. All 3 made helpful suggestions and I ended up making a purchase and updating my mobile phone plan!
Had been in a similar store ( different company) earlier in day and imo the customer service in bow street mall 3 store was much better!

Went in for SIM, came out with great offer on new phone

I went into the store as I lost my SIM card on holiday and needed a new sim, James the store advisor not only helped me with the SIM issue but he also told me about a trade in offer for an early upgrade. He took time going through different data options to meet my budget and roaming needs. In the end I got an early upgraded phone for an amazing offer. He also helped me set up my new phone. James was not only informative but also super friendly!

Sarah was brilliant

Sarah was brilliant! I kept her on her toes, asking plenty of questions regarding adding another line onto my business account, very friendly demeanour and insanely knowledgeable as they all seem to be in Lisburn shop.
Got me sorted out without any hassle, got to chat to the wonderful Emma as well who’s been there since I first walked in many moons ago and always remembers me.
As always, great store, amazing staff awesome company.
Can’t recommend enough.

IAmazong Service went to the Three phone in Bow Street…

I went to the Three phone in Bow Street Mall lisburn and a problem with my phone that was ongoing for weeks was sorted in MINUTES. just want to commend Daniel who was welcoming, through, and expert in his job. He has made my day and has been an answer to my prayer for today👏👏🙏🙏🙏

Called into store today and dealt with a lovely guy Daniel the most helpful person I have ever dealt with it sales. Nothing was a problem he went above and beyond for everything I needed. Will definetly be using this store again thanks to the help of Daniel
