Hey Helen, we're keen to help get to the bottom of this. Once your Three account has closed, a final bill will be generated that covers the remaining days your contract was active after your penultimate bill. Because it's not covering an entire month, only up to the closing day, it's generally a smaller amount owed than your standard monthly bill. This final bill is sent out within 38 days of the line closing. You should be able to see on the bill you have received what dates it covers, we'd suggest checking if it's showing a charge that ends on the day you know your line closed.
