I am currently on a 2-year unlimited data contract with Three, living in Dundee, Scotland, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The main issue is the very poor network service and slow internet speeds. At times, the speed drops to around 1 Mbps or even lower. Simple tasks like sending a WhatsApp message can take 4–5 minutes, which is completely unacceptable for a modern mobile network.
I have raised this issue multiple times at the Overgate Dundee service centre, but my concerns have not been taken seriously. The staff only point out that my iPhone shows a 4G connection, without properly investigating the actual performance. I even showed them live speed test results demonstrating the slow speeds, but they dismissed it, saying that being inside a shopping centre could affect the signal.
However, the problem is not limited to indoor areas. Even in the city centre, I struggle to send basic messages, which clearly shows that the issue is with the network itself.
Despite making several complaints, no real action has been taken to resolve the problem. When I asked to cancel my contract due to the poor service, I was told that I would still have to pay the full cost of the 2-year contract, even though I am not receiving the service I am paying for.
Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this network based on the poor service quality and lack of customer support.

Before going in we were apprehensive about setting things up in person but after the great experience we had, we would do it again for sure!

I was in the Three shop in Dundee today 13/2/26 I was referred to Will who was a fantastic help setting up my new phone all the staff in the Dundee shop were amazing and nothing was a problem to them and were very keen to help brilliant staff keep up the good work.
