Aya truly saved the day today whilst I was dealing with IT glitches, store issues and everything else thrown at me. From the minute I walked in, she was so friendly, professional and calm under pressure. Nothing was too much trouble and she sorted everything out for me brilliantly.
I honestly cannot praise Aya and the whole team enough. The time absolutely flew by and, thanks to their knowledge and expertise, I didn’t even need to bring my bed in with me 😂

We came back into the Cadtleford store to get the broadband they mentioned before. Karen sorted it out for us and set it all up. It's half the price we are paying at the moment with our current provider. Thank you

Shannon was absolutely fantastic
Shannon was absolutely fantastic. She spent 2 hours on the phone trying to help me resolve the issue. I’ve never met a sales advisor that takes complete ownership of a problem. She could have easily given up and sent me away. Instead she was relentless in solving the issue and I think she is amazing. Three would of lost a customer if it wasn’t for her

Shannon was extremely helpful spent ages helping me and my husband secure a new phone, tablet and WiFi and even help setup my husbands new phone and get all the data transferred over which we find extremely difficult to do ourselves.
