Excellent service
Popped in on the possibility of upgrading my phone and just wanted some advice. Lucy greeted us as we walked in and assisted me with my questions providing clear answers and advice without pushing or trying to steer me in one direction. She allowed me space and then was able to provide an excellent package when I was ready. Thank you Lucy for you help

We had no internet for 2 weeks
We had no internet for 2 weeks lots of problems, was calling 3 customer service for help and I got no where. Went into 3 store for help and Bex wow amazing she called customer service and got us all the help we needed to get a new modem sorted. Internet is back and working perfectly 👌
