I have never purchased and proper shutters / blinds so didn’t really know what to expect.
There were certain requirements i needed for each different room but i wasn’t sure what type of shutter / blind I would need.
Tina made me feel confident and assured that we had made the right decisions based on the requirements I had.

Be aware of the guarantee offered by Sandersons now. After spending a lot of money with Thos Sandersons on two homes having vinyl shutters fitted I have had a small problem with a clip holding one of the slats in place and I have been charged £75 call out fee only after less than 4 years of being installed. So it would appear if any problem arising after 12 months you are going to have to pay Hilary’s(Sandersons). I am not impressed and will not be asking Sandersons or Hilary’s to install any new shutters to my home which is sad as I have always liked the Sandersons product hence the reason I have given them my business.

I was very impressed by the service provided by Tony on sales and Aleks on fitting. I am very pleased overall with the end result.

An excellent job done fitting my kitchen and bathroom blinds. An extremely pleasant person that turned up on time and completed the work exceptionally well. Over all an excellent service, all the way from the sales team to the measurers and fitters. We will definitely be using them again.

Not interested in helping with a problem once the warranty has expired. Spent thousands of pounds on Sanderson blinds over the years but now that they have fallen down because the plastic clips have perished in the hot weather they are not prepared to send someone out to fix them. They sent some metal clips but I just can’t get them to clip back on. Not helpful when you’re 78 and have osteoarthritis.

No after care whatsoever! Think wisely before purchasing ! Hillary’s have taken over and no customer service! Waiting for a refund for over 3 months after excuse after excuse! I had my whole house done by Sandersons wouldn’t use them now if they were giving them away!

Nebih119981 fitted blackout blinds for me and did a very professional job. He kept me informed about when he was coming, took great care during the installation, and made sure everything was completed properly. I’m really pleased with the result and would happily recommend him

We are so impressed with our blinds! We had three roman blinds and some shutters fitted. Ian (119481) Who fitted them was amazing and very friendly and efficient working through a heat wave in 34 degrees! Would really recommend. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you!

Good experience from design, measurement, to fitting. ALEKS is very careful and precise in his work.

Aleks arrived on time and was very thorough in setting everything up with his colleague. I found Aleks to be very friendly, courteous and helpful. I had a few questions about my shutters and he was most amenable in explaining things to me. The installation process was fairly quick and there was no mess to clear up afterwards. I found Aleks to be very professional and his colleague was polite and friendly too. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

Graeme was very efficient and helpful when installing our blinds!

Mike was really lovely. He was professional and got on with the job. He was only here about an hour. Very tidy worker as lounge isnt overly big. He explained how to use the shutters, also reminding me the silicone is still wet. Mike was polite and was understanding with my dog who was overly barking. A professional workman.

I just want to say that the fitter Chintan is just leaving at 8.35 pm. He was professional, friendly and carried out the installations to the highest standard.

Chintan came to install the shutters and blinds. He has done excellent job. One most important thing is he didn’t rush through. He has done the job professionally. There are only 5 star here to give but he deserves more.

Aurimas was very helpful by coming early as I requested, worked quickly and efficiently tidying everything up after he had finished and demonstrated the best way to work roof blinds. He was friendly and took care to change his shoes to keep the carpets clean. A very professional tradesman. Thank you
