Had such an amazing time in class with Darcey!

The workout was perfect for my skill level and really worked full body. Amazing music as well!

The social was also super fun to get closer to other gym members with a similar passion for fitness!

This club has everything anyone could ever need to feel comfortable and confident in achieving their goals. World class trainers for their classes who make sure that you’re getting the most of it. The facilities and spa areas are divine to unwind and you could end up being there for hours. The staff are super friendly too.

It’s become genuinely my third space and I’m happily part of the cult!

Always a wonderful experience, wonderful clubs, wonderful people. Had the IM8 shake, which I’m definitely getting again.

have been a member of Third Space Battersea for some time and unfortunately the experience has declined significantly.

The main issue is overcrowding. For the number of members using the club, there are simply too few machines available for several exercises, which means the gym floor is constantly congested and it is often impossible to complete a proper workout without waiting excessively or giving up entirely. This should not happen at this price point.

The atmosphere around the gym floor has also become increasingly unpleasant. On more than one occasion I witnessed members becoming aggressive over access to machines, including heated arguments that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Another disappointing aspect is the attitude of some instructors, particularly in cycling/spinning classes. Rather than creating a welcoming environment, some come across as dismissive or openly unfriendly, which is surprising for a premium wellness club.

The reception experience is also inconsistent with the luxury image Third Space promotes. Unlike other locations, staff at Battersea often appear disengaged and rarely acknowledge members with even a basic greeting or smile, creating a cold atmosphere from the moment you enter.

In addition, there seems to be an excessive level of monitoring on the gym floor by certain instructors, to the point that it can feel uncomfortable rather than supportive.

Even the recovery spaces no longer feel relaxing due to the constant interruptions and overcrowding.

The club itself is beautifully designed, but the overall experience no longer reflects the premium standard or member experience that Third Space used to offer. For these reasons, I have stopped using this location and now prefer other clubs

It's an incredibly beautiful club with amazing facilities, very CLEAN and well kept which I appreciate. What sets Mayfair apart is the team, I always feel so welcomed and looked after, especially by Thara and Evan when I see them around but honestly could list every single staff name. Love it here!

Third Space is consistently excellent, and the Richmond club takes it up a notch - great community feel and brilliant instructors

There is a great selection of classes so I can tailor my bookings to my diary commitments every week. Also try to be with my favourite instructors..Cassie, Lisa, Karen and Paddy

Fantastic gym , great equipment, good choice of classes and friendly staff, ok so it’s more expensive than the average gym but once you have been a member you can go back.

Third space is such a welcoming and inclusive gym. All of the instructors are fantastic - I particularly love Tammy’s hot yoga classes. She is brilliant at including all levels of ability in the same class and I always leave with my mind feeling fully restored!

Friendly staff, good range of equipment, never too busy in the mornings and always a pleasant experience.

All Third Space studios are great! 😊 I enjoy having a membership that allows me to use multiple studios in London. Each has its own vibe and they are all great so it is truly my “third space” 😁

The best gym I attended so far really pleased with the place

5 star experience in every respect. Beautiful space and facilities. Particular mention goes to Sally O’Sullivan whose classes and coaching style is inclusive, fun and highly knowledgeable. Truly excellent!

Teachers at Third Space Richmond are incredible. So many varied yoga and Pilates options. Recently added new mats which I was very pleased with & hadn’t expected! Josh is an amazing instructor & always goes above and beyond to make his classes unique & enjoyable. Well done Third Space.

Best investment I’ve ever made, concierge team are a vibe especially Sashkia, Kieron and Michael who are always so helpful understanding and great listeners. It’s literally my second home and will never leave.
