I had a generally positive experience in terms of communication and customer service – the team was responsive, polite and supportive throughout the process.

However, I was disappointed with the final result of the print compared to the original artwork I provided. As this was my first experience with DTF printing, I wasn’t aware that certain design elements, like transparency and glow effects, would be interpreted differently, resulting in visible changes to the design.

In hindsight, I would have appreciated clearer guidance before production, as this would have allowed me to adjust the artwork and avoid the issue.

Overall, a professional team, but I would recommend having a very clear understanding of how your design will translate to print before proceeding.

Thomas was very patient as one of the T Shirts was rather unusual, so happy with both of them, nice fit and colours. Thanks Thomas and the gang.

Tshirts printed incorrectly twice. Despite asking for a proof before printing the second time, which wasn't sent and tshirts were printed incorrectly again.

got a custom t shirt made and it was delivered on time, just. Its frustrating the lack of communication i received (zero) for my order and its progress. t shirt quality is good and the image isnt bad given the quality i provided. would use again.

Ordered a product on 1st December for Christmas to be told that the SHIPPING DETAILS on the website are actually production details not the shipping time and now my order would not be here for christmas. Was met with contempt from KAT the owner when I tried to understand and the promised we will bring your order forward didn't happen. Very disappointed that an Australian Company cannot service an order for Australia for Christmas given I ordered on December 1 and I would have been better off going overseas. Do not trust and read the fine print as the order details and shipping is deceptive on their website

Great product! Communication and customer service was amazing. I designed a shirt as part of a 21st gift. They are a small team so it did take fair while to produce (I was more than ok with the production time, I’m always happy to support Aussie made over soulless fast fashion but) I was really worried it wouldn’t come in time so I let them know my situation and they did everything they could to get it to me in time. Already dreaming some designs and will definitely be back.

I purchased a Dangerous Female long sleeve from the Tshirt Mill and found it to be great quality washes well without shrinkage . It has become my favorite light layer.
