Working through my level 3 In personal training with Lyndsey and the training room has been amazing. My tutor was always so insightful and quick to respond, providing me al the support I needed to succeed. I’m very excited to start the level 4!

Guided by Martin, an extremely helpful and knowledgeable PT. Can pick it up whenever you please which is perfect for someone like me. Very responsive and gives excellent feedback.

What an amazing course led by such professional and friendly tutors, with a special mention to both Nick Hewett and Liz Shaw who supported me and the group through the intense 5 week course, and are a real credit to The Training Rooms. Their professionalism shone through right from the very start, and they always provided words of advice which is invaluable from people of their experience. The course content was engaging both in the classroom and on the gym floor, and I'd highly recommend this course to anybody looking to qualify as a PT in a short time frame!!

The online learning is really straight forward and easy to use and all the step by step guides for each level are really useful.

I had Mark Fox as a tutor and found him really helpful and supportive. My remote learning got interrupted at times by external factors but he was always on hand when I came back to the course to answer any questions and definitely played a big part in getting me across the finish line.
It’s a thorough course that takes some focused self-learning but I would highly recommend both the Training Room and in particular Mark Fox for attaining a Level 3 PT qualification.

Claire at the Training Room has been amazing from start to finish. Very helpful and supportive throughout this course! I highly recommend doing the course face to face, helps and saves so much time and you have someone from the training room to help support your practical's if you feel confused.

I was not expecting to have booked an call back for National Fitness Day and I was very fortunate to received quality, discounted courses that will be my focus for the next however long.
They explained everything well and was so kind and helpful.
The start of the course so far has been so fascinating and I look forward to the pursuit of my new skills and knowledge.
The support provided including career support is so appreciated. With an elearning course, the fear of being alone can be daunting, but they assure support will be regular and I have plenty of time to complete the course structure.

I found Liz Shaw to be an amazing tutor, she was very understanding and patient especially with myself, as at times I didn't understand the work, but she was more than happy to explain it again. Liz's motivation and encouragement helped me get through the course. She has an amazing positive attitude and vibe about her. Totally love her and will definitely miss her.

I was a bit sceptical to start with about how I could gain my qualifications remotely and feel confident in my abilities afterwards but I have to say, the journey has been fantastic! The course is really in depth and it covers such a wide range of topics. My tutor, Mark Fox, was amazing to work with because he was always very quick to reply to my emails and he explained anything I didn’t understand in a way where I could work through it! I would 100% recommend using The Training Room.

It may have taken me a nearly 2 years, but I'm really pleased to have completed my Level 3 PT training now. Progressing throug the L2 and various CPD courses, this was my first long-term experience of distance learning, and the support from my tutor Lyndsey was invaluable. The delays came mostly my end, as covid and the logistics of filming gym sessions prolonged the process, but I really feel much more confident as a Personal Trainer.
The flexibility of home study worked really well for my circumstances, and it was good to be able to sehlve studying at certain points when other life priorities took precedence - I felt respected as an adult who could be responsible for learning at my own pace, yet still encouraged whenever I did get around to submitting work!
I must confess the CPD courses (taught by Claire) were a real highlight and as convenient as the remote study option has been, there's clearly no true substitute to in-person engagement, and blended learning (a few contact sessions around home-managed learning) would be my preferred style going forwards.

I have been training with the Training Room since November 2019. I have had immense support from my tutor, Liz, who went above and beyond with emotional support during Covid, as well as putting on zoom training sessions for elearners. Due to becoming a group fitness instructor after passing my Level 2, I was unable to complete my Level 3 via the elearning (too many distractions) so I decided to attend the residential classes and met Claire and Nick, who were incredibly helpful and supportive during this whole process. Highly recommended and thank you to the whole team. Wish me luck for the upcoming exams.

Although challenging, this was one of the most enjoyable face-to-face courses I have embarked on. My main tutor Claire Smith, and supporting tutors Amanda, Nick and Liz made the transition from Level 2 to Level 3 and additional CPDs seamless and fun. The syllabus was thorough, and I looked forward to every session. Now I’m very proud of my completed Portfolio. I was also assigned a careers adviser, Grace, who was able to help and support my transition into the fitness industry.

I started my course 2 years ago with the training room. Having to balance it with full time work and life has been difficult at times but with the help of my amazing instructor Hasit, it's all been possible.
He has been extremely patient, attentive and the insight and knowledge I have gained makes it all worth while.
I urge anyone to go for it!

I completed a level 3 personal training course with the training room in May/June 2022. I really enjoyed the course and learnt a huge amount. Claire was a great tutor; she made all the lessons engaging and fun, marked work quickly and was extremely professional. To anyone reading this thinking about doing the course and becoming a personal trainer I couldn't recommend the training room and Claire highly enough

What a great experience learning to become PT. A lot more involved than i initially thought but luckily we had amazing tutors!!! Nick Hewett and Liz Shaw. Both helped so much and kept it interesting all the time.
Would definitely recommend.

This review is personally for Hasit Jethwa. He ensured I received all the appropriate guidance in good time. As well as marking all my work swiftly, even during annual leave he insured to leave me details for another online tutor to help me in his absence.

I have had the pleasure of getting taught by liz shaw and nick hewett I must say although some aspects are quite overwhelming liz really helped me personally understand certain aspects I was struggling on and was always keen to answer any question I had. Nick is also great he taught in a very calm manner which helped me relax and feel positive about the course. Taking this course was a really great step in the right direction for me and I appreciate all the effort the teachers have put in. Many thanks Jack Keating
