I had the best experience with Quick Flick!
I actually made a mistake with my order, and their customer service was so lovely — they fixed it incredibly quickly and refunded me straight away with no hassle at all. Honestly, it made such a difference and took all the stress out of it.
My order arrived today and I couldn’t wait to try everything. The fragrances are absolutely amazing — every single one smells beautiful, and I’m already obsessed. You can really tell how much care goes into their products (and the packaging is gorgeous too!).

There’s no other Aussie brand like them
I’m just really happy that a brand like The Quick Flick exists. I have used their OG eyeliner stamp for years and it is such a reliable tool on those days that I want to create a quick wing! I have used their SPF spray! Obsessed! Used their body shimmer glow spray (AAAAHHHMAZING) and even tried their tanning mousse on my brown skin and it worked beautifully!! I also bought their new fragrance mist over Christmas as gifts for my friends and they cannot stop telling me how much they love the scent. To me, The Quick Flick is the kinda brand that is smart, reliable and truely focused on providing their consumers with what they need AND what they didn’t know they need.

I have very sensitive skin and I have used a lot of different products from them and I have never reacted!
Recently I purchased their Tri-Peptide Lip Butter Glaze Cinnamon Bun (Nude) and 2 in 1 Double Sided Precision Lip Liner & Stain (Nude) and I am obsessed!

Exceptional service
I ordered several products online for an upcoming interstate event. Unfortunately, several items were out of stock meaning my order would not arrive by the date required. I emailed customer service, and the service I received was nothing short of exceptional. The team were understanding of my needs, and without question, agreed to cancel and refund my order. I have really appreciated the consistent and transparent responses from the Quick Flick and Quick Screen team. Online they’ve been open to feedback and providing awareness of their different products/how they should be used. The products fill genuine gaps in the market with practicality and a good price point. Their travel size Quick screen setting spray with spf 50 is a festival must have, I’ve loved their whipped sunscreen to convince non sunscreen “it’s too greasy” people that it’s just moisturiser, the new lip stain pencil is POC friendly in the dark shade (thank you 👏🏽) and the watermelon additions are so cute!

Good Potential
I bought the spray on spf which is invisible and i think it is a really impressive spf spray. This brand (in my opinion as a high spf user) has a lot of innovative ideas. I had no issues getting my order delivered etc. So the spf products so far are really looking up.
I also got a lip glaze and although i really like the idea of the packaging, and the formula is nice, it seems fiddly and a little flimsy. When i try to lock it the top often untwists completely.
I also think the packaging just doesnt look right- it says 10 ml of product but it looks half empty from new. Compared to a tube of barry m lip oil which is also 10ml and is full. It just feels like a rip off sadly.

We’re also really sorry to hear that your experience with the Quick Face Lip Balm Peptide Treatment didn’t fully meet your expectations. While each tube is filled to 10 mL, which is the intended and correct amount for this packaging, we understand how the appearance can be surprising at first.
With tube packaging, a small amount of space at the top is intentional. This allows room for the formula to expand in warmer temperatures, ensures the tube can be properly sealed during production, and helps prevent product from spilling or oozing when first opened or squeezed. Because of this, the tube may appear partially empty, even though it contains the full stated amount. Every tube is carefully weighed during manufacturing to ensure it meets the correct fill before leaving production.
We also appreciate your feedback on the packaging design and locking mechanism - insights like this are incredibly valuable and help us continue refining both our formulas and packaging.

BURNS EYES
While the quick flick sunscreen face mist leaves a nice glow after about 20 minutes its burns my eyes so badly they’re bright red and weeping. No amount of flushing with water helps I just need to wait it out. Must be some potent chemicals inside this rubbish. Happened 3 times - I tried it 3 separate occasions to give it the benefit of the doubt, this time I can hardly open them. Avoid

I contacted customer service with a…
I contacted customer service with a product query and because I had purchased the item in-store rather than online they were unable to assist me with the query. The product was the oil control spray which for $20, barely lasted two uses. I was told "A little goes along way" but the cannister has a very powerful spray so it's hard to apply the product sparingly.
