The Paella Company Bewertungen

I needed some new equipment and as I have used this company a number of times previously it is my go to for paella stuff.

Concerned to see some not so good reviews here I checked with the company that all was good. Quick confirmation, ordered the goods and they have now arrived the next morning. All good, nothing wrong here.

Where is my order? I’ve tried contacting you by phone, chat, and email multiple times, and I haven’t received a single response. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. At this point, it feels like a scam. I expect an immediate update on my order.

Goods ordered and paid for on 22/6 - then nothing.
Phones simply go to a message, emails are not acknowledged, requests to cancel order ignored, other than moving the status to despatched (so you can't cancel), so they do receive the emails.
This is a terrible business, who accept orders for stock they haven't got and then keep your money.

I ordered a pan at a very reasonable price and expected an average quality at the price. I was really pleased when it arrived just a few days later and found it to be a good quality flat pan. No sticking and easy wipe clean.

First pan arrived in reasonable time and it’s a great pan. I wanted a second and ordered one, but it hasn’t arrived yet. The problem is you can’t contact them; they don’t answer the phone and don’t answer e-mails. I’ve tried both several times, but nothing. I’m tempted to drive round there and knock on the door; they’re only 45 minutes away from us. This is a decision they’ve made and I can’t understand it - why attract one star reviews when all you need to do is to employ someone to answer the phone and check e-mails? Their products are fine - really good in fact. They’re one member of staff away from a successful business. Bizarre.

Ordered on 18th March. 2 months later, still waiting for a delivery, a reply to an email or for anyone to answer the phone. Chatbot online completely useless too. What terrible service.

Ordered never showed up . Took 2 weeks for someone to respond to numerous emails and phone was never answered . After a while a response , offered an exchange but still have no received it and surprise surprise know one answering emails or phone calls

Very poor customer service, the products have a very confused explanation and when you tried to call them not answer and not able to create a refund

The Paella Company have asked me to review my purchase twice, unfortunately my experience was very negative. Purchased a Lotus Grill which had a fault, sent emails to The Paella Company but they do not respond. Would not recommend this company.

Order came with items missing. Tried phoning several times with no answer. Sent several emails with no answer. Eventually got a reply from "Kevin" that it would be sent out. 2 months and 3 more unanswered emails later I've received nothing. A real shame and I did try my best to get this sorted without this negativity.

I purchased a £30 gift eVoucher, believing that the company's products could be shipped across Europe (as this wasn't clearly stated as UK-only). Upon realizing my mistake, I attempted to contact them through multiple emails and phone calls, but no one ever responded. All I received were automated emails asking for feedback on my purchase, which is frustrating considering my negative experience.
It's impossible to get a refund, and their lack of customer support is truly disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

The paella pans are fantastic quality for the price and the delivery was really prompt. Would definitely use this company again. Very pleased with my order.

I am extremely impressed with the product and also with the integrity of the company member, Kevin, who rang me on realising that I didn’t know what I was doing and had over ordered on everything. He spent time with me until we got it completely right and was happy to refund me. A lovely and reassuring experience of the best of humanity when everything is falling apart in the world.

I thought It was going to be a scam due to not have any rewies but I was surprised after getting the order realy fast I definitely recommend.
