As a first-time buyer, the mortgage process was completely new to me, but Sam Lucy has been incredibly helpful throughout. Sam was recommended to me by a friend, and I'm so glad I listened! He took the time to go through everything with me, explained things clearly and was always happy to answer any questions I had.

Communication was excellent. Whenever I emailed Sam with a question or request, he was extremely responsive and always got back to me very quickly. He also kept me updated throughout the process, so I always knew where things stood. The online portal was also really easy to use and made uploading all of the required documents simple and straightforward.

I particularly appreciated how proactive Sam was when he became aware that mortgage rates were due to increase slightly. He made sure I was aware and even offered to arrange an earlier appointment outside of his usual working hours if I wanted to get things moving sooner, which I really appreciated.

The case managers have also been fantastic at keeping me updated throughout the process, so communication from the whole team has been excellent.
