Fast delivery, lovely personalised baubles. My only criticism would be that I spent almost £40 for the 3 baubles and that was with delivery and a discount code and the baubles didn't come with ribbon to hang them for the tree.

Was very easy to customise the product to look as I wanted it to: textboxes with character counts, and the inclusion of measurements for the different sizing options.

I received a shipment email a week after, which was quite impressive given I placed the order shortly before a Bank Holiday. It was well protected in the box, and I was exactly as I thought it would be based on the customisations I'd asked for. I did pay for RoyalMail 48 hour delivery (which may have been the only option for my order, I cannot remember), but I did appreciate that this gave me a tracking number.

Generally, it was a pleasant process. I'd never ordered from this business before, but I had no issues when I purchased from them. If I found myself needing personalised items again, I'm pretty sure I would check their website.

I was looking for a wooden box to use for a memorial trophy cup on behalf of my late Dad. We wanted engraved words and a picture on the top.

A lovely way to remember a lost pet.

I lost my beloved dog at age 16 1/2 so wanted a box to house his toys, collar etc, and I found this company and loved the idea his photos could be printed on the lid. Ordering was easy as I am not tech savvy at all. I was able to pick the photos and have his name and relevant dates printed on it too. It arrived very quick and I cried because the photos I had picked were printed really well on the lid showing him in great detail, wonderful memories. I would definitely recommend this company.
