I have been a landlord with Letting Game for several years as well as a tenant. They offer a great service and manage my property well. Thank you to Sophie for her great communication in securing a new tenancy.

They send out links that don't work wasting customer time. It should be a priority to ensure their automated technology actually works before using it.

Letting process went really well with good feedback

My daughter and her student girlfriends have rented a house from this agency for the past two years. A few months ago their boiler hadn't been working and nobody came to repair despite it being reported many times. One phone call from myself threatening legal action as a parent and somebody was sent out. The rent had also recently increased significantly and is always paid on time i reminded them.
Now, a week ago a rodent problem was reported with a large hole in the kitchen wall the rat has chewed through. So, after many emails and phone calls from the girls themselves and my husband and I somebody was finally sent out from pest control today. Unfortunately the agency had failed to let any of the tenants know so nobody was home and after a phone call to my daughter pest control said they couldn't wait 20 minutes for her to get back from the library - had she known they were coming she would have waited in. These students have to live there now all weekend with a rat in their kitchen so they are scared to go in there let alone the unsanitary prospect. Shame on you letting game! You need to do a better service!!!!

Sophie was such a great help for helping us as students understand more about renting and what will be expected from us as tenants. She was very understanding of our situations as medical students and was very flexible with viewing times :)

As a property management professional, Alice is always reliable and prompt in her communication to the Dryleaze team in ensuring all works are completed within the agreed timeframe. This keeps all parties (especially tenants and landlords) reassured and satisifed. It has been a pleasure working alongside Alice with the The Letting Game and we hope to continue supporting her growing portfolio of managed properties.

Sophie was a pleasure to deal with. Her friendly and warm energy stood out. Her communication and efficiency took the edge of what can ordinarily be a stressful life event. She is a credit to her company.

I saw a property advertised on Rightmove by The Letting Game and booked a viewing the same day. The appointment was confirmed with Kaitlyn Jones for Friday at 2:30pm.

As someone who respects both my own time and other people’s, I arranged time off work and arrived a few minutes early. When I knocked on the door, the landladies informed me the appointment had been cancelled and that they were not expecting anyone. They advised me to contact the agency to understand what had happened.

I called the office and spoke to Rachel, who was polite but unfortunately not very helpful. I was informed that the original agent was off sick and the cover had cancelled the viewing. However, I had not been notified at any stage. Rachel rescheduled the viewing for Tuesday 03/03/2026 at 3:30pm, but the confirmation email I received was for a completely different property. I then had to call back again to correct the mistake and ensure the viewing was booked for the correct address. The appointment was eventually rearranged for Tuesday 2nd March at 4:20pm with Sophie.

Ahead of that appointment, I emailed to confirm I intended to make an offer at the advertised price. The following morning, I received another email informing me that this second appointment had also been cancelled due to multiple offers being received.

While I received plenty of apologies throughout the process, the level of organisation and communication was extremely disappointing. Taking time off work for a cancelled appointment, followed by repeated administrative errors and another cancellation, does not reflect a professional or reliable service.

Organising and managing property viewings is a fundamental responsibility of a letting agency, and this experience fell well below the standard I would expect.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend The Letting Game.

I would like to thank Tracy and Rebecca specifically for their responsiveness in replying to my queries. My house was let quickly and I was given prompt updates along the way about the process.

Emma Bindon has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. She was extremely prompt and always very clear and helpful with her communication. I also spoke with her on the phone and she instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable using their services. I had a viewing with Sophie Knight- she was absolutely amazing at sorting the viewing, replying to any queries promptly and ensuring I was kept in the loop with any changes the viewing had.

I wanted to especially pass on a huge thanks to Zoe who has been extremely professional and provided an excellent service in showing potential new tenants around, regularly communicating to keep us updated on the whole process and answering any questions we had along the way. I would recommend all the team at the letting game, both front office to secure your tenants and their back office to manage your properties.

Zoe Boniface was great during our process of looking for a flat. She was very informative during the viewing and was happy to answer any question post-viewings via email etc.
