I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
I took out an IVA with them and I wish I had not. I contacted them after having it for a year as I had fraud committed on my bank. They said don’t worry we can add the missed payment to the end of your IVA so i stopped stressing. That was the 1st September it’s now the 17th October and I have had 267 calls from them. I have asked to speak to a manager 64 times and get told they will call you.
I spoke to them this morning and the person told me we will carry on calling till you make the payment WTF.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM

Highly Recommend if in debt.
I contacted the insolvency group due to getting overwhelmed by debt. They talked me through my options with no pressure and when I made my decision to go on an IVA, they processed my IVA very quickly and kept me updated the whole way through. I would highly recommend to anyone struggling with debt.
