They were not eating for the first few days and I contacted customer service and they responded immediately! Turns out that their fish are kept on a 5 star dinning exepirience, and I was giving them 3 stars and were not having it! So I followed Ifish's regiment and all is well! My other fish seem happier as well!😊😊

The first order of koi fish was ok
The first order of koi fish was ok. The next order, butterfly koi was sent out; I am sure that it was because they were out of stork. Because sanke koi
fish does not have long fins or long tails, unless they
are butterfly koi. The order was pass due, so I call
and ask how long it will be before the order will be shipped. You told me you will get right back with me. Then I notice that the order had been shipped.
We both know why the order was shipped out so
fast don't we. First off, the fish don't look anything like the picture on your page, I understand that they
wasn't going look just like the koi fish on your page.
But like I said I was ok with the order. But I must tell the truth about the next order that was shipped out. You shipped out anything that were on hand. And I feel very scammed out of my money. You tried to make me believe that the butterfly koi were regular
koi fish which isn't true.
When comparing regular sanke koi fish to butterfly koi fish, it's important to note that regular sanke koi fish are known for their robust and streamlined bodies, while butterfly fish have long flowing fins that resemble butterfly wings. We can do better.
