I chose what I wanted,paid for it. I the received my confirmation, the following day I received the tracking and estimated time of arrival. It was delivered in time and the hamper was beautifully packed as expected. There were no hiccups and the hamper was just as advertised

A Perfect Birthday Gift!
We chose the hamper as a Birthday gift for our son-in-law - it proved to be the perfect gift for him! Value for money and delivered on time (the Tracking information provided proved very useful).

Website easy to use
Website easy to use. My message re leave in a safe place ok however a time the parcels to be delivered not taken into consideration. It would have been great to have a text re delivery time on the day as I work not in my home area. Hence the parcels were left outside of the house until after 5pm when I arrived home from work. I could have travelled home in my lunch hour hence the request to be notified of the delivery time

Delivery missed
I requested the package arrived on Monday (ordered it Friday) and it did not arrive - missing the whole reason we ordered it.

Well worth it!
Good pictures on the site so that I could clearly see what it would look like when received. Price was reasonable. Delivery was very prompt and the recipients were suitably impressed when they received it. I would certainly use this company again.

I paid for Express delivery but after I…
I paid for Express delivery but after I made my purchase, I received notification that delivery would take much longer. The purchase was for a 40th birthday and delivery would arrive well after the birthday and during their holiday. No one would be home for some time. Delivery would have been left in a safe place. I requested a cancellation but was told cancellation could not be guaranteed which was astonishing to hear. I was left with days of not knowing what was going to happen with my purchase. I left a review on Trust pilot. Hamper Emporium did not contact me to clarify what was happening with my order but had time to leave a reply on Trust pilot to my one star review.
