I’ve never risked buying a guitar online without seeing and playing it first, but Mark assured me of its quality and if I had any doubts about it once I’d received it, I could return it without hesitation. Needless to say I won’t be returning the guitar as it is an awesome example of a Les Paul Custom. I can’t recommend Mark and Guitar Dept highly enough.

Fantastic experience. First time I've ever bought a guitar "blind", something I never thought I'd do. My 2004 American Deluxe Strat is an absolute beauty. The "Slight play wear" is only noticeably on very close inspection. A genuine and very honest retailer.

2009 Fender Telecaster Delux. Mark offered me a totally realistic price on my PX 2014 Stratocaster without any quibble. 1998 Fender Telecaster Thinline in Cherry Red Translucent described as “NOS, never been played”.
The description was 100% accurate and the online photos did not do the guitar justice. Beautiful guitar in its original case with all the original case candy.
It was a pleasure doing business with Mark, communication was excellent and delivery quick.
