Great Customer Service

I needed to get a specialty seamless background paper and they were able to order and arrange shipping for me. I had great experience with their customer service as I was ordering from abroad and they were quick to respond to my questions and give me status updates.

Very Poor Experience.

Having signed into my online account and placed an order The Flash Centre managed to send my order to a different address than the one registered online with them, this resulted in non delivery of the order and further costs to me and time to sort things out with DPD.

UPDATE.
After having spoken to The Flash Centre and talking about what went wrong I thought my original rating of 1 Star was unfair, Its good to know that this company do read and respond to their ratings to further understand what went wrong and hopefully to rectify things for the future.Thanks for the chat Mr Rowley.

Changed rating to reflect this companies concern and response.

Great service

Great service. Rang with a problem on one of our flash heads, with a view to sending back for repair. After describing the fault, the man I spoke to said exactly what it was likely to be and that it was easily repaired by myself. The part was expensive, but he offered that if it didn't work it could be returned with the head for repair and the cost would be credited back. The problem was as he suspected, saving us the time and cost of sending it back for repair. Great advice and help, would use again with no question.

The people are Kind and helpful.

The people are Kind and helpful.
But if I have to wait for my goods more than four weeks it's bad. Unfortunately they forgot my payment.

Hi Ulf, I'm really sorry about your case, you're right, the notification email of your payment was filtered as spam (despite us getting loads of other notifications from PayPal). I think my colleague sent you a screen grab when we realised what had happened.
In general it takes us no longer than a couple of days to process orders like yours so it's always worth chasing sooner rather than later if you haven't heard from us.
