Well, where do I begin with the Kaabo Matis 10 Lite? Let's just say, it's been quite the rollercoaster ride – emphasis on the coaster part.
Firstly, let's talk about their stellar customer service – or should I say, lack thereof. Attempting to get in touch with them is like trying to shout into the void. I've sent more service emails than I care to count, and what do I get in return? Silence. I must admit, it's quite impressive how consistent they are in their unresponsiveness. Bravo, E Scooter Co.
Now, onto the scooter itself. Oh, what a joy it's been! Said no one ever. This thing has been more high maintenance than a diva on a bad day. I've owned a fair share of scooters in my time, but none have even come close to the sheer volume of issues I've encountered with the Matis 10 Lite. It's practically a regular at the repair shop now – I swear, it's on a first-name basis with the technicians.
And guess what? It's not just in need of a tune-up this time. Nope, it's completely dead. Just like the enthusiasm of Kaabo's customer service team, coincidentally. It's almost poetic, isn't it? The scooter and their support team perfectly mirroring each other in a state of utter lifelessness.
In conclusion, if you're in the market for a scooter that's as reliable as a coin toss and a customer service experience that makes you question the concept of communication itself, then look no further than the Kaabo Matis 10 Lite. Just don't say I didn't warn you.

The company filled the scooter box with tires. It had a picture of the scooter on the side but they had filled the box up with lots of tires. Their email and phone number does not work so I can’t even contact them about taking the back. I would not order from this company. Be careful.

Don't waste your time or money..!
I received a LT01 throttle that had a P setting passcode that was changed by the manufacturer over 3 years ago, Also it was missing the VOID IF REMOVED sticker... I believe I received a refurbished, damaged or faulty item which was sold to me as new and subsequently failed after 8 weeks... Now I'm emailing a garden shed in Woking but no response... I think they've gone or are going bust...
My advise if you're out of pocket is to claim back through your bank if you can.

I didn’t realise, Yes it is a Mantis 10 but is it Lite ( Didn’t feel it ) Plus no sign of V2 being the latest Mantis 10.
Then until putting it together, either parts are missing or is it the old one no Eco/Turbo button on the right of the handles near the speedometer and instructions round digit display.
Then finally you get an option online now for Black but with colour on the stays near wheels covering suspension, I chose GOLD !
I have asked by email for exchange.

We still haven't received our scooter! It was suppose to arrive on Friday!
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. They lost a returned package that was sent by their own recorded delivery. It has proof of signature and receipt. They now refuse to refund my money. Avoid. Update: definitely not the wrong store. The package was 'returned to sender' when they sent it with Royal Mail.

One took me over a week to get hold of them, and when I did instead of them sending one out, they just refunded me without telling me and still charge me for postage and full tax. Did not refund me any of my postage as half of my item turned up disgusting response from the company would not use this company very poor
