Scammers!!

Scammers!! Not paying out sellers, and also not fulfilling customer orders. Do not ever deal with this company they will just take your money and try to get away with it

All sellers lied to and left without payouts

Seemed like a great business to work with at first. It quickly became false promises that payments would be made for stock that I sold to them. Months later the company goes into administration promising that all consignors will be paid out in full when in reality we were all lied to and most sellers got nothing. The company owes me over £2000 which I haven't seen to date. The business is trying hard to cover up anyone who speaks out and makes this issue public. I would highly recommend thinking twice before buying or selling no matter what promises they make.

Liars and con artists - do not use.

Do not use this company they are proven liars and con artists.

Ordered trainers on the 3rd of Dec 2023, £195. Didn't receive before Xmas as I'd hoped so escalated. They did answer my email (no phone number to call them on I should have noticed this red flag prior to ordering) gave me an apology and said they would be with me within 5 - 10 days (this seems their common BS lie as I know see many others were spun this bs).

No trainers after another 15 or so days so emailed again, same response they had been ordered and were on the way blah blah. Emailed again 12 of Jan and again (by this time they would have 100% known about their pending administration) given a BS excuse and again told 100% they were on route to me but you guessed it no trainers turned up. Emailed again 19th Feb to be told I couldn't get a refund as the company was now in admin so any orders prior to the 12th of Jan were not their responsibility anymore.

As expected the owner (easy to find via Companies House) is a director in the new company who have taken the business over, shock that, get rid of all the debt, retain all existing staff and bash on whilst hundreds are out of pocket!

AVOID - ABSOLUTE THIEVES!

Bought a pair of UGG ‘Tazz Slippers’ in December as a gift. Size was slightly too small so contacted company about a refund/exchange. Was told they don’t do refunds but will exchange. Bigger size was then priced on their site at a whopping £2419 (for a pair of shoes worth £95? - WHAT!?!) I then contacted them and negotiated exchanging for same price as I had paid for the smaller size (which was £170 - still way more than face value!) however, they asked me to pay an additional £9.99 for DPD courier. I paid, and then heard nothing. I contacted them for a return label, and they asked why I hadn’t returned the shoes yet. I explained that they hadn’t sent the label! Then received the label and sent the shoes back. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Checked tracking - was 4 failed delivery attempts and then had been sent to another address in Bristol. Contacted company - they said they were now in administration and I would not be getting the item or refund!!!! Contacted courier company who said, due to the label being printed by THEM, that THEY would have to be the ones to contact to locate parcel. It has been an absolute shambles. No UGGs, no exchange, no refund and now just an email from them saying they are going into administration and are no longer responsible for this and I need to seek recovery of any monies through a Section 75 of the Credit Consumer Act claim or through a chargeback claim.

This company is STILL trading online.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
Absolutely robbery!!!!

Never buy or sell on edit ldn

Do not buy from here and definitely DO NOT sell , two months ago I sold multiple things through edit ldn and I have still not been paid out for my items , ignored emails , ignored letters , they have the funds to pay everyone out as they are still taking on as many orders as they were before , unfortunately i know im not the only one affected by this and I am being forced to take legal action to recover the unpaid funds , definitely avoid edit ldn if your reading this review as items are overpriced and they most likely will not send your item and just pocket as much money as they please

Do NOT use this site,i placed an order for a pair of UGG slippers as a Main Xmas present for my daughter on the 9th December 2023,they took the £150 out of my account and i still havent recieved them and it is now Febuary 10th,ive had to constantly email these people and got nowhere with them,i will Never use this Website again and i will Never recommend it to anyone else,im distugsted how ive been treated and i recommend this website be shut down

Fraud! Do Not Use!

Ordered item 03/01, waited until 18/01 to be told item had failed quality checks and I would be offered a full refund. Contacted on 05/02 to be informed the company had entered administration and would not honour anything prior to 18/01, although under new ownership I was offered a refund. When I challenged I was offered a refund for a 2nd time but nothing came of their promises.
I was told my payment was detected by their fraud technology and told to order again using an alternative method of payment. When I asked for evidence of this they offered the refund again to keep me quiet.
This is a fraudulent business and I plan to contacting authorities to put a stop to this and protect further people from having to deal with these criminals.

These people are liars and crooks

These people are liars and crooks. Order on 6th Jan, not fulfilled, emailed for refund 26th Jan told it had been triggered and would take 5-10 working days. Emailed today told they went into administration 12th Jan and they are not responsible for any orders before 18th January and to go to bank for reclaim. Yet others have had refunds. No-one seems to get their order. Total scammers and con artists. Reporting them to the authorities.

I won’t be shopping there again

I won’t be shopping there again. The first pair didn’t fit, they don’t do refunds (against basic consumer rights?) so I had to sell them, lost money and ordered another pair. Waited 5-6 weeks and they never turned up. Refund issued against no receipt eventually.

Company is in administration. DO NOT ORDER

Quick to take my money of £380 then keep pushing delivery date back. Then no delivery date! Bought for a Christmas present but that went out of the window. Zero communication until I pressed for it. Shocking service, shocking company!

I’ve now had an email saying the company is in administration! God knows when I’ll get my money back, if at all! Avoid at all costs.

Iv just been told that they are going…

Iv just been told that they are going onto administration & won't receive my £179.99 order that was purchased in 08/12/23, it was a Christmas gift for my son & I now get told this on 07/02/24 so iv lost my money, I'm absolutely raging beyond words

Awful experience - avoid

Awful experience. Ordered on 13th December and still not received the pair of shoes by 6th February. Customer service have stopped responding to my emails. Their last response was "we don't have a time frame on an update". Shop elsewhere - they don't provide the service they claim despite paying a premium for the shoes.

Rest assured this is a legitimate…

Rest assured this is a legitimate business that delivers rare and quality shoes. They have an authentication process to make sure your item is authentic, aslo i think they're based in the UK, unfortunately this means you won't be seeing your order for 2-3 weeks after you order it. So if you're in a hurry, consider other options.
