Robert was delightful
Robert was delightful, friendly and full of knowledge he fully informed us if our choice of couch right down to the last stitch on it ...My daughter and I went back a few times to view this particular couch just to make sure it was definitely the one and Robert greeted us like we were old friends...his customer service is outstanding. my daughter has just bought her first house and we will absolutely go back to this store for more furniture as she has already planned a list of furniture to purchase.

Robert made the experience of buying my first sofa pain free and seamless! I came back about 3 times to make sure it was the sofa I wanted and then to make sure it suited accessibility for my gran. I honestly couldn't fault the service

The staff where very helpful can not speak to highly of Lorraine who dealt with us.Lorraine explained everything clearly and was very polite and made you feel very relaxed. Will definitely be coming back to shop again Lorraine is a great asset to your company.

Staff in showroom were very helpful during purchase and arranging delivery of furniture.
During delivery of of the items was damaged .
Called the showroom to speak to a member of staff who informed me that the customer service team only deal with what's app and email,
Customer service team have dealt with this issue very quickly and a replacement will be delivered forthwith .
