TDA are an amazing organisation who are fully supportive from the minute you make contact with them. Their team are organised, friendly and are patient to understand your situation & circumstances.

Prime example of the service TDA bring to the table was with Arthur Millington who went out of his way to help me today with a very “pushy and aggressive” debtor … he had been in correspondence with them for weeks on my behalf. Arthur has solved the situation with the creditor which is incredible & the service provided by Arthur was amazing. 10/10

I would recommend anyone getting brought down monthly by debt to use TDA they are superb outfit who do everything by the book.

I decided to reach out to this company for help with insolvency. Offered to help but the communication was horrendous. They message on WhatsApp but read and ignore your messages. Promised they would guide me through the process however didn’t I would go elsewhere. If your case is complicated they are useless. Would not recommend.

Valetina was very helpful over the phone today and reassured me about any problems that I might have. I will advice to anyone who are struggling with their debts to speak with the debt advisor.

In terms of explaining the process and making a really difficult decision so seamless, she was just exceptional. Kind, considerate and also just really familiar and reassuring was so key to what I was looking for in terms of speaking to advisor and she met every single one of those.
It’s a scary and unnerving thing admitting that you’re struggling and needing help and this did not feel like I was desperate seeking advice and help. I felt like I was working with someone to improve my situation. Every question was answered confidently and with such reassurance I felt like putting my trust into this was completely valid.
