Based in beautiful Poole in Dorset, we're a family-run business born from a love of crackers, looking to add something different to gift giving and events throughout the year. All of our cracker making kits and exclusive fillers are designed, manufactured and then hand packed with care by our wonderful team, right here in Dorset. We are delighted to offer a wide selection of exclusive cracker making kits in various sizes from mini to large. Of course, it's not all about size, the quality is important too. Our cracker boards are all made from best quality card, either plain or printed and will give you a great result with very minimal effort. We work with one eye on the environment, as much as we can. Our crackers, hats and jokes are all recyclable and our own products are packaged either in paper or in biodegradable bags that can be recycled with other plastic bags at your local supermarket! We believe that crackers are not just for Christmas, they have something to add to every event including weddings, baby showers, Easter, birthday parties and even Halloween. Do not buy the Large crackers, they don’t snap as the cracker is too large compared to the snappers. Even when we finally managed to glue one down enough to snap, the cardboard snapped instead. We have bought longer snaps online. Customer service is bad - they want me to send videos of me creating one and pulling one and refuse to send any replacement crackers until we prove the issue is them, not us. We have wasted so many already trying to get this work! Considering the amount we bought (for a wedding) I am surprised by their response.
They said longer snaps are impossible to buy… we managed to find and order some!
UPDATE: as expected, we bought the correct snaps from another company and they work wonderfully

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review.
I hear your concern that you have an issue with the snaps. We have tried our best to understand this and have asked repeatedly for images and/or videos of the unique problem that you are having. Unfortunately, you have declined to send these whilst asking for a refund and/or twenty more crackers.
As you will understand, we are not able to help you effectively without anything from you to aid our understanding, sorry. We have never experienced this assembly issue before, with many, many repeating and volume customers buying these. We have also used these in corporate cracker workshops, with large groups of people, without any issue at all.
The snaps that you have are the correct snaps, the instructions to attach them are correct and there is a video too. Sorry to overstate the point but we have genuinely never had this issue before from the 10s of 1000s of these that we sell every year and provide everything we can to help with assembly from our small crackers to our jumbo keepsake crackers for our personal and business customers. That said, we have tried our absolute best to be able to help you without anything to help us in this.
Longer snaps are definitely not available in the UK but, more importantly, are not needed for these. The correct snaps are always included and we have always ensured that we do not sell any crackers without the correct accessories. We only have one size of snap, so there is no possibility that these have been packed incorrectly.
Please feel free to reply to your email thread with the videos and/or images that we have requested. We will do our best to help you understand the issues and get this resolved for you.
