Your cheese is always marvellous to receive, however the Gruyère was somewhat underripe and didn’t do justice to the fondue. The other cheeses were fab.

I wanted to add items to my order and the person i spoke to was most helpful. The order was delivered well packed and at the time stated.

I ordered some cheese from The Cheese Society and the parcel arrived late. The customer service I received from Lucie, the company's owner was first rate and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Delicious cheese. Spoilt now for choosing any other than the Cheese Society. Good communication and prompt delivery. I can highly recommend.

I received a gift token for £25.00. I went though the list and chose cheeses that were priced per 100g, (about 4 oz) which is a reasonable price quantity for a taster. Our £25.00 would have purchased about 10 different cheeses. When we went to place the order, we got a nasty surprise and found that although the stated price was "per 100g", you could not order 100g, instead the minimum order was 250g. That reduced our initial selection from 10 to 4. We then got another nasty surprise when at the very end of the ordering process, we found that £6.50 was added for P&P. In the end we had to add more than £7 to our gift token, which made the four cheeses we had selected very expensive indeed compared with our local fine cheese shop which does allow purchases of 100g quantities. They were good cheeses that we are still enjoying, but we will still be eating them when they have passed their best because of the large minimum quantities. Serious improvements in information presentation are sorely needed. I certainly would not offer a gift token to anybody else.

Good selection, delicious cheeses. Very happy with our cheese choices. Not so keen on the biscuits, especially as they were a bit pricey. Excellent communications, delivery etc.

The cheese was delicious and interestingly different. Thank you for packing it so well and putting a freezer bag.
DHL left the cheese in the sun on our front door step. We have a parcel box right next to the front door. Tell them to use that next time....

Ordered a selection of Lincolnshire cheeses as a present for our resident mouse. I was kept informed throughout despatch and delivery. The delicacies have been devoured with gusto and great appreciation, with special recognition given to the Lincolnshire Plum Bread.

Because I live on a remote island and any courier service is hopelessly delayed and slow up here, the Cheese Society went the extra mile and used Royal Mail- our only reliable delivery service for perishables. Josh, by email and wonder of wonders, an actual voice to speak to, went to extreme lengths to help me and the result was that they made an exception and used Royal Mail, so the cheese arrived in excellent condition and is being greatly enjoyed. We cannot rate either the cheese or the customer service highly enough.!!!

Hi, I logged on to your website easily enough and garnered all the relevant details I needed to proceed to ordering, however, I could not find the relevant link to further advance in the ordering process. I called the number provided for contact and spoke to a very polite and helpful gentleman who was surprised at the difficulty I encountered. He did not dwell on this but offered to process my order manually. I received the package of cheese the next day and was delighted to tuck in as the segment of cheese was already nicely matured.
