I called the Port Talbot office and they were so helpful. I spoke to Michelle and with her help I got the exact materials I required. Great service!

Great service. Found the missing inner glass pane here for the oven on my caravan for a good price. Ordered and paid on line.
3 days later the glass arrived. It was very well packaged inside 2 very sturdy boxes with bubble wrap.
No hesitation in recommending The Caravan Warehouse. Super service and will definitely try them again first in the future.

We bought a water heater recently and received a prompt and reliable service. Michelle who works in the sales department was especially helpful, very polite and professional. Would definitely use them again.

We ordered a replacement folding bed mechanism complete with mattress for our sofa bed.
We received an order acknowledgement almost immediately. The next day an emailed invoice was received, followed later by the courier email confirming our order would be with us the next day including the drivers name. Sure enough the item arrived in good condition the next day (2 days efter ordering during the Covid lock down) and I was able to replace the frame in around 40 minutes as it was a direct replacement. Fantastic product and service. Thank you.

They wouldn't entertain a warranty on a faulty roof light assembly just because I fitted it myself!
Why would I pay an "expert" to do a very simple DIY job?
Regardless of who fitted it and how it was fitted - it was a faulty unit that failed when the other two units that I purchased from them didn't!
Needless to say I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on - I recommend you do the same.

I would recommend this company. the staff on the end of the phone could not be anymore helpful as they were I am not very good with filling things in on line but as soon as I found I had a problem I phoned them up. and they help me all the way.
