I needed a new LPG changeover valve for my home and found the Caravan Warehouse co through an online search. Never dealt with them before but that wasn't a problem in the slightest. I ordered my valve, paid and that was that, simple. It arrived the next day, free postage, nice touch. However I had ordered the wrong one so rang to arrange to return it, no problem, dealt with Michelle in the office who was a joy to deal with. Ordered my correct valve and again this arrived the next day. Not often these days do you get such great service ( and with a smile) would thoroughly recommend The Caravan Warehouse great experience from start to finish. 5 stars.

I highly recommend the Caravan Warehouse and my experience from start to finish was exemplary! Michelle in the office really helped me source the correct part for our caravan oven door and it was a lot cheaper than other companies and they had it in stock. She called me back when she said she would and was so helpful! The replacement door was despatched the same day and I received notifications throughout until delivery day! Unfortunately the glass door was smashed in transit but I contacted Michelle and it was resolved straight away and a replacement sent which I have just received and thankfully it is all in one piece! I would not hesitate to use this company again for any parts we need to our mobile holiday home, brilliant company! Well done and thank you Michelle!

Chris and Jason were a pleasure to deal with no pushy sale talk, extremely patient and knowledgeable and also very friendly. We collected our caravan on Saturday and Matt took the time to go through every element of the caravan explaining how everything worked.

Me and my hubby are so happy with our caravan and enjoyed our 1st weekend away

Good quality caravan bed frame and mattress, good price, and easy online ordering. Delivered unmarked, really quickly by Tuffnells, their guy was polite and professional. 5⭐

Absolutely shocking after sales service!! Do yourselves a favour and go somewhere else.

Ordered a large amount of ceiling boards for a caravan only for one to turn up damaged. Was told they can't send out a replacement as minimum order is 3 boards but we can send you some wallpaper to cover it.

I cant wallpaper so would have to pay for someone to do for me costing more to me again.

I came up with a decent alternative of ordering and paying for 2 more boards to make the minimum 3 delivery but asked could caravan warehouse cover the cost of the delivery. They refused this as quote - "our margins are too tight to cover the delivery".

So as a returning customer who has been inconvenienced by a faulty product and whose job has to be put on hold till another board arrives, I have to basically take the hit from every angle whilst caravan warehouse will gladly send me out a roll of wallpaper as the only answer to this issue.

Really, really bad I won't use them again. Arleigh International are 100 times better with their service.

I ordered three beds but the courier only delivered two. I got in touch with The Caravan Warehouse and Michelle quickly sorted out the problem and we received the third bed a couple of days later.

Excellent service! I called for some emergency Parts - fast and friendly service, parts with me the next day! Perfect from start to finish, thankyou!

Worst experience ever . Purchased six wallboards at £45 each. One was damaged but refused to send out replacement board as said they only send out minimum of three boards so would have to buy another two boards. They did offer to have damaged board picked up and would refund on the one board. Problem was I needed six boards to have the work done. Would never buy from them again caused so much distress and don’t think it is acceptable that they wouldn’t replace damaged board. Also another item went missing which then turned up but was told would have to wait till they had put in claim with courier before could I receive missing item. Staff said they had tried their best to be helpful but that doesn’t change their ridiculous policies.

Placed an online order for the second time in a short period. On both occasions the items arrived in 24 hours, excellent! There was an error on one order which was resolved immediately by a very pleasant and helpful lady, Kelly, on the telephone, replacement items arrived the next day. Will recommend and use the company again.

They don't answer the phone. Ordered products, received an email saying they were out of stock. It suggested 2 alternatives, however these were also out of stock. No reply to emails. Money has been taken from our account.

Decent kit and at a fair price. Excellent customer service (special mention for Michelle Hanford), particularly when sorting out the mess made by Tuffnells, the current incompetent couriers. Only one area for improvement to get the fifth star- get different couriers!

Excellent service. Telephoned and ordered on a Friday and product was delivered the next day. Was a fault with a grub screw on product and sent an e-mail on the Sunday. They telephoned me on the Monday and a replacement was dispatched and delivered and swopped on the Wednesday.!!

Appalling customer service, don't touch them with a bargepole.

I ordered a TV aerial socket online it stated it was in stock so I paid for it plus the pp which was £6.75 for next day delivery which I paid for even though I knew it would not be delivered next day as I placed the order on Easter Monday, I was quite happy to receive item 2 or 3 days later, sadly nearly a fortnight later and it still has not been delivered, no word from the caravan warehouse either as to why it is taking so long to deliver my item.

Lovely customer service, very helpful and friendly staff. Please note if there is a delay on your order it isn’t there fault.. They do their best every step of the way
