I have been using this shop for around ten years now. Fantastic service with a wide range of products. Never had a messed up order, and always next day as promised. The team are very helpful and knowledgeable. Products are carefully packed and delivered in excellent condition. I purchased a pipe, which I received today and I love it. Best I've had and a great price. Their tobacco is the best I've had as are their cigar collection. Cannot recommend this team enough. I will never shop elsewhere . My one and only tobacco products service.

They gave me a 6mm pipe insted of a 9 mm. I didn't have a replacement pipe so I needed to smoke the new one. When asked they didn't wanna change.

Thought i had a problem with a pearl pipe lighter so I sent it back to black swan Curtis took a look said it was fine and I got it back fast no fuss black swan are simply the best tobacconist in the uk with great hand rolling and pipe tobacco with a great selection of pipes there service is just great C . I ordered some backy, two tins and two hydration stones. I used the cheapest delivery option and it was here the next day. I dont know if the date shows but it is close to Christmas. Great service!

This is possibly the best tobacconist in the UK. I’ve used a lot of them! Your online orders are packaged using the utmost care, dispatched super quick and the contents are of the freshest and highest quality. I stay just outside Edinburgh and can order around 12 noon and get my order the mornings post. Excellent service, great products at a competitive price. Long may they continue. G Scott

I received my second order from this company today, very fast delivery, unfortunately the delivery was short. I emailed them and within 5 mins I had an apology and the balance dispatched . Can’t get better service than that. 5 star company.

we often go to the backyshop in Whitby to buy pipe tobacco, so when we had a problem with a pipe we had bought from another company via the internet, we asked for their advice. We were directed to the Scarborough shop, who were extremely helpful and actually went above and beyond to assist us and solve our problem, eventhough we had not bought the pipe from them,and they did not charge us anything.
