This is a “bate and switch” scam. On the website, a leather coat was advertised. I received a polyester coat. I complained to the company and was offered progressive discounts up to 40% to accept the product. The alternative was a refund of 88% and for me to pay for return shipping. Did not trust the company to ever credit my Visa card after the return, so I reported the “fraudulent” transaction to Visa.

A total scam. Coat was cheap fake suede and had a weird sheen. Nothing like the pictures or description. Then a long process to get a refund with offers of a discount to a point where it is not worth paying the shipping to return it. Don’t waste your money

Shirts and shorts sizing are a joke, being way too small. Label size is correct but there is no way these would measure out or fit anyone that size. Now the company has gone silent for over a week after a single initial email response asking for more detail (which I provided) on my return/refund request.

Stay away. Scammy McScammalots would be a good way to describe them. I bought shoes that didn't fit. Asked for return instruction for a refund and they start by offering 30% refund and letting me keep the shoes... the ones that don't fit. I replied insisting on a full refund with return of unworn shoes and with each email exchange they up the offer, like used car salesmen. End up at a 60% refund and shoes to donate. In the age of Amazon, not offering full refunds for unused products is unacceptable and smells.

I ordered four pairs of shorts. Two arrived as described and I'm happy with them. The other two were listed as "Linen Holiday Shorts" and described on the product page as a premium linen-cotton blend. What arrived was labeled 95% polyester / 5% spandex, in colors I hadn't ordered.

The site advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee with a full refund, no questions asked. When I reported the wrong item, I was offered 20%, then 30%, and told I could gift the shorts to friends or family. The alternative was a full refund only if I returned the items to Shenzhen at my own expense — USPS quoted $51.40 against $72.25 in dispute, so the "full refund" would have netted me about $20.

I asked repeatedly for a prepaid return label and was declined. I'm now disputing the charge with my card issuer.

Two stars because half the order was correct. Check the fiber content before ordering anything listed as linen.

Based on the return address for customer service (yws_AT_scenerytradecolimited.zendesk.com), it appears ArtisanWalk is another front for Scenery Trade Co.

This company advertises 30 day hassle free returns and has glowing reviews of its products on its website even though it's not possible to leave a review there or any social. To return you must write them (no return portal) and days later they write emails asking for details, then photos, etc etc. - do not buy from them.
