Every aspect of the approach taken by The Travel Franchise to bring you onboard has been exceptionally well thought out. The initial introduction to the company, onboarding and the training given through the week is constructed very well giving opportunity to understand the business, your goals and, more importantly, how to get there as an entrepreneur in your own franchise! Support and engagement are the words that best describes all the staff and systems within The Travel Franchise - I couldn't see myself doing anything else going forward.

What an experience learning and being part of not just travel. You get treated and respected extremely to very high standards and the theme is nobody is better than any other individual. The structure and operation it works on is unbelieveable. I was and still am given all the help and support i was promised after initially feeling sceptical. However they are a company to their word. Its very difficult to be too critical because they are so highly motivated in everything they do ranging from initial recruitment to delivering sales, they clearly do not believe in taking short cuts and provide an ethos im sure many other companies would relish.

I've just completed my training as a brand-new franchisee with Not Just Travel, and I couldn't be more impressed. The information shared was thorough, clear, and genuinely empowering. What really stood out was the level of support - it feels sincere, accessible, and ongoing, not just promised.

I have just finished my week of training and it has been absolutely amazing. It was a full on week but with loads of information. I was a bit nervous when i first decided to start but it has given me a boost in my confidence. The best thing is the support network even though training has finished we have continuing support to help us grow.

After deciding I wanted a change of career after being in financial services for 15 years, I spent several weeks exploring the right franchise model. I was familiar with another travel franchise as I had previously used their services, however they were rigid in starting full time, which wasn’t feasible for me. That’s when I found the Travel Franchise, and the introductory videos explained everything straight, no unanswered questions and the transparency made them stand out from everyone else. Also being able to start part time and build up alongside was a big appeal.

I’m now 14 months in, been to Turkey and Mauritius and I’ve handed my notice in at my job to transition to full time. The support that I’ve had throughout from my Business Development Managers has been amazing and I knew I could reach out to them whenever I’ve needed to.

The training has been fantastic throughout and really helps get you in the mindset of a business owner. I really feel I’ve been set up for success and I can’t wait to see what I’ll be able to achieve when my business gets my full attention in a few months time.

Even when I had a baby during my first year, they supported me every step of the way — arranging meetings around my schedule and helping me get back up and running when the time was right. What I value most is that they not only help you build your business at your own pace, but they’re also like personal cheerleaders — always encouraging you to believe in yourself and celebrating your wins, big or small. It’s hard work, but if you put in the effort, it truly pays off.

This is the first time i've managed my own business and I wanted the experience and support of a Franchise - especially as this is a new industry for me. The BDMs are all amazing and the operations team are so quick and helpful when ever you need support. In addition there are two development trips where you come away all fired up to grown your business and your confidence just keeps growing!

The Travel Franchise training is very well structured and the topics are explained well. Once the weeks training has been completed you have a business development manager to support you in setting up your business and making your first few bookings. There's so many tools on hand to help make my business a success and offer the best product to my clients. Everyone has been really friendly, welcoming and supportive. I'm looking forward to getting started.

I’ve just completed training this week with Toni and the Just Need Travel team, and I couldn’t recommend it enough! Toni’s support and knowledge made the whole process so enjoyable and valuable.

A special mention has to go to their social media guru Amy-Louise – she was absolutely amazing, so helpful, and full of practical tips that I can put into action straight away. The cruise team were brilliant too, making everything so much easier to understand, and the BDMs gave fantastic insights and guidance.

Overall, such a positive and motivating experience – thank you to everyone involved!

We joined TTF during the pandemic and we have been on quite the journey with the company and the co-founders Paul and Steve. 5 Years on, we are well-established and successful. TTF absolutely gave us the framework and support to get us here through their excellent training, back office infrastructure, supplier contracts and more. They have and continue to evolve over the years, adapting to the times and market conditions. They are not prescriptive and have allowed us to carve our own path.

TTF however is not for everyone. Having a strong background in business and marketing is advantageous though not essential. TTF will help you develop the skills you need but success ultimately depends on the franchisee's attitude and action.

There are some things that may not be as clearly advised as they should be (although we were aware having done our due diligence before committing) - commission is paid after travel (which could be years after booking) and undercutting of trade prices (by tour operators and other agents) is common. This means it is a highly competitive and saturated market, especially for mainstream holidays, and you need to work hard to stand out and find the right clients for your business. TTF will provide training and guidance for this.

For the right candidate, I recommend TTF wholeheartedly and certainly have no regrets about choosing TTF over other travel franchise opportunities.

Having had our franchise 4 years now i feel qualified to give genuine feedback. Our initial sign up on the Elite package was intended to be a side-line and a 2nd income. Now it is our main income and continues to grow at a apace - this is down to the exceptional levels of training and support which if you take the time to use the Business development managers and attend the endless training will give you every chance to succeed.
It is still down to the individual - if you don't work hard and follow the advice it wont happen but follow the model / train and learn and there is huge earning potential and a fantastic work life balance. 4 years on we have zero regrets in fact one of the best decisions we have ever made.
