Exchange is no robbery
I bought 2 packs of four cans of their 0% alcohol ciders via my usual supermarket on-line ordering service.
The first one I opened smelt of drains and tasted horrible.
So I emailed Thatchers to report my experience, who duly replied asking for details on the bottom of the can, which I supplied, along with my address.
They then said they'd arrange to pick up the remaining three cans in this pack, but instead of offering to replace them, all they did was offer me some vouchers of unspecified value or provenance.
So I refused their offer, preferring to keep these cans, as none of the others I'd consumed subsequently had been similarly affected.
Seems to me to be a poor way of dealing with a customer's valid complaint...
