The worst service
The worst service. After finishing my course, I requested extended access to the videos for just one more month. I completed the course several months ago, and they told me I would need to pay for all the months that had passed since the course ended — even though I had no access to the videos during that time.
This is absurd. Why should I pay for something I didn’t use and never had access to?
I had to reschedule my exam due to health reasons, and despite explaining my situation, the support team showed zero empathy and eventually just stopped replying to my emails.
Now, with less than 15 days until my exam, I still don’t have access to the videos. I’m willing to pay for one month of access, but they’re demanding payment for over 6 months — time during which I had no access at all.
Extremely disappointed with the lack of flexibility and support.
