The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t thank them enough as my online booking appeared to have the wrong time but was soon sorted and really enjoyed the evening.

Overall an excellent experience, booked online, very straightforward. Staff were friendly. We came on a tuesday when its half price so that made it even better. Can't find any faults at all.

Family bowling. Good experience. Shame it isn't cheaper so that we could go more often. Toilets always filthy with empty soap dispensers.

Really bad experience
We visited on the 14th for my daughter’s birthday and, although it was very busy for a Tuesday, the overall experience was disappointing. The queues were long, and the staff didn’t seem interested in helping or managing the situation. Even the manager didn’t appear to step in or offer any support.
When our food finally arrived, it was cold. The pizza was very cold, and the burger wasn’t much better, which made it even more frustrating after such a long wait.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place. They really need to improve their customer service and consider hiring more staff to cope with busy periods.
