Wheelchair accommodations
We had a lovely time at tenpin. The staff were incredibly helpful and ensured that I could access the bowling lane via a ramp. As a wheelchair user these kinds of accommodations mean that I can participate in activities that are otherwise inaccessible to me. Staff were very polite and made us feel comfortable. Thanks

The overall experience was great except…
The overall experience was great except we waiting longer for food that expected. Once we escalated the issue though the staff were great.

Shockingly understaffed, very poor experience
Shambles with the lanes, we had 2 booked for a birthday celebration, not the right amount of players added took over 30 minutes to sort out after multiple trips back and forth to ask for help.not to mention we booked for 5pm and still weren’t on the last at 5.20! Staff really weren’t bothered the 1st member of staff said well you’ll just have to pay for more players…honestly i don’t know how this blasé attitude in customer service is acceptable this day and age!
Food was cold took for ever to arrive, pre ordered items not available and some of the pizzas were burnt….do you also count how many chips you give in each basket?!? Ridiculously small portion for the cost!
Site was seriously understaffed with rubbish and empty glasses all over the place including the lanes we hired….you can see that profit is more important than experience!

Love the revamp of the place but a…
Love the revamp of the place but a little too noisy for me and the pool tables are too close to the bowling as kept getting hit by the cues or couldn’t stand outside the seating area or we were in the way of them playing . Seating area too small for more than 3 people

Low staff numbers
Low staff numbers, karaoke machine broke 2 times ended up changing rooms. Staff that were on trying their best…. Was a 30min session but took over an hour to sort so ended up waiting around a lot with a group of children on a birthday party! Ended up spending more than planned to keep kids busy

A good place to mingle with family
It was a very good afternoon enjoying a game of ten pin bowling with the family, it was good to see my 1 year old niece play ten pin bowling for the first time and she enjoyed it.

We had a good time over all…
On arrival we were told which lanes we were in but people were already playing there, the staff member did come over to us to apologise and said we would need to wait ten minutes and then to come and find her again when I then went to find her the queue was enormous. Eventually I got to tell her the lanes were free and she loaded us onto the lanes. The rubbish from the last players wasn’t cleared during our whole two game duration and when I used the remote order service our order did not reach the bar and after about 15mins waiting I went up and got it myself which is tricky as we have kids with additional needs. However the games were good. We especially like how you can program the buffers to be up or down accordingly for each player. We had a good time overall.

Great fun on a snowy I set day to take two grandkids bowling. An absolute bonus was the kids ate complimentary burger and chips on the Monday I booked.

NYE visit
The venue was very busy, staff seemed to cope well with the influx of customers and kept the clean and all running correctly to make it very enjoyable.
The toilets were not dirty but the stench from them was unbearable, need to add a freshener in there or clean more often.
