The little fella and myself both really enjoyed the bowling and him the arcade however the machines frequently break and the toilet was flooded.the owners should spend some money instead of giving staff multiple jobs ..overall was enjoyable

A wonderful Experience
The staff where helpful and attentive the areas clean and well maintained, the bowling and lazer Quest most enjoyable, we took our four foster children who all agreed one saying “it was the best experience ever”!

So run down went blowing in the weekday and the place is just filthy it’s so dirty I wouldn’t even use the door handles ordered 2 drinks while bowling the Pepsi was like water and the slush was just terrible the place needs a deep clean the plastic screens are that dirty you can hardly see the table next to you bowling balls we’re so dirty they are discoloured won’t be going back again was full of people flooding in from the bail hostel about 2 mins away I wouldn’t take my kids here it’s rotten and I have 3 disabled kids so they wouldn’t understand not to out things in there mouth

Average overpriced food
Average overpriced food, overpriced drinks, and even with a deal a very expensive 90 minutes. Not a bad experience, but not one I would repeat. Enhancing the food quality (and it would need a significant improvement) would bring me back, otherwise there are better, cheaper options available nearby.

We love playing pool at tenpin , it's always a great friendly atmosphere and the drinks are reasonably priced . The cocktails are very good too !!

We did not enjoy the experience as much as we have previously enjoyed Tenpin in Crewe. The Chester site does not have suitable tables and chairs for eating and relaxing. There are too many steps including one up to the bowling area

Ordered from the table, drinks came quickly, food came soon after and the staff were polite and asked if we needed anything etc. food was nice, was good value too!

Exactly as advertised. Plenty of good quality machines and activities. The staff were great and the time of my visit there was an excellent deal on. Booking process online and in person is really easy to use

Ex-Cartel tenpin staff threatened my life after asking for a refund when they scammed me
We were sitting in the photo booth taking our pictures as we were they turned the power off on that specific machine started giving us verbal and not giving us our money back then they started threatening us saying they would put hands on us and use illegal forms of action we were rather scared for our life as they were blocking the exits and to make it even worse at one point he was saying I'll go behind the bar whip out my machete and hack your little head off as if he was some sort of mexican cartel boss and that he would end my puny little pathetic life so I shan't be returning to this awful establishment as I had a horrific experience and genuinely feared for my life
